Aging is one thing. It only beats the alternative. Morbid obesity is another matter. That is an ongoing series of bad choices. Sad.

She supposedly had a bad injury to her back, gave birth, and retired (not necessarily in that order). People should be kinder.
The article does mention she quick acting and being in the public arena after a bad car accident with severe back injuries so I’d give here that. The media and FReepers shouldn’t judge if she isn’t seeking publicity.
Oh my! She was absolutely Gorgeous. Past tense. 58 years old is too young to let yourself go this bad. I know the Covid lockdowns did Psychological damage but healthy eating along with exercise goes a long ways to prevent from getting other health issues! Plus, I’ve always said the more beautiful you are physically the more mentally depressed you become when looks fade and you’re getting older. That unfortunately seems to be the rule in Hollywood that’s why you see all these nasty looking old hags with the most grotesque plastic surgery done on them.

She went through menopause in that time frame. It can really screw up your hormones and metabolism and frankly the medical advice given is stupid and useless both on menopause and on losing (or not gaining weight).

Feminism could have been directing attention and funds for quality female specific medical research, but no... they’d rather support transgender issues and solve female problems by turning us all into men.

Interesting, I also thought the definitions were reversed. Guilty if you wanted to handcuff her, and not guilty if you wanted to release her. So I would have said she went from guilty to not guilty, but even when she was guilty, it was only a misdemeanor.
