I once watched a bunch of crabs in a crab trap. Whenever a crab climbed up to the opening at the top of the trap the crabs at the bottom would grab him and pull him down. There were several dismembered claws hanging near the opening., Crabs had hung on trying to escape, and they were pulled down, leaving their claws hanging on.
