Blacks will never be forty percent of the population. Blacks in America have a lower birth rate than whites. They have a negative birth rate at 1.86. Whites hovers around 2. Still a declining birth rate, but they already constitute 64% - 73% of the population depending on whether they count ‘Hispanics’ that are really white. Blacks are 12% of the population and FALLING. FAST.

Donna Brazile has been pretty outspoken about the good President Bush has done for Blacks both here in the US (she credits and promotes all the stuff he did for NOLA following Katrina) and in Africa (saving lives with this AIDS funding).

And Prescott Bush was a key mover on the GOP side of the 1960s Civil Rights laws, unlike say Al Gore Senior (who filibustered them).
