The terms “white privilege” “white nationalism”,”old white men” are pejorative and negative against those, whose only offense is that are ‘white.” I submit that these terms qualify as racist.

This is much more sophisticated than that. This kind of rhetoric is designed to marginalize, isolate, and push whites into a corner. I think it is intended to provoke people like the El Paso shooter into lashing out, thereby justifying further isolation and also promoting other agendas, like gun control. Whites who buy into this see themselves as the lead character in a James Cameron movie, ie the only cool white people in the world. Where is this leading? I hate to think about it.
Public schools have already been brainwashing kids for decades, and often, some of the school board members are part of the problem.
The most discriminated group in American society at present are Heterosexual White Males. I can corroborate through personal experience. And if a heterosexual white male is conservative. Even worse!

IMHO it is intended to provoke you. They want you to lash out so they can justify more isolation. They want to create a Reichstag fire, but this one will be a collection of transgressions, not a single event.
I have found Jordan Peterson to be a great resource. Of course, he is dismissed as racist, because he actually attempts to inject math and science into psychology.

Does tearing down the "white hegemony" actually *help* anyone who isn't white?
No.
But it makes people who may not have considered themselves victims into that mindset.
I'm a white male, and I never thought I was "better" than anyone else of a different race or gender.
It just never occurred to me.
I'm too busy just taking people as thy are.
I don't give a $hit about your color or your minority status.
Are you a nice person, someone I can trust?
Can I rely on you?
That's all I care about.
The entire board should be arrested and thrown in general population.
