100%, Navy Patriot.
100%.
If they will do that to someone like that with no shame, imagine what they will do to those of us they view as real threats.
Jake Angeli's first attorney convinced him to accept what turned out to be a terrible plea deal
And again, his attorneys did what they did based on the evidence presented. The problem is, the corrupt prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence which very well could have changed his entire trial/proceedings.
The prison guards should escort him out of jail.
“Is it possible that Musk has significantly joined the Right Side and will continue to be a Good Guy?”
No, Musk is his own thing. He hasn’t changed and wont change. People just see him differently as everything shifts around him.
He was never as left as the leftists thought he was, and he isn’t as right as many on the right think he is now.
I read on the internet that Jake was told that if he didn't accept the plea deal, he would be jailed for 20 years and fined a million dollars. Is that correct?
They can't leave their posts at Epstein's cell, he might off himself.
Go Elon Go
I think he’s going in the right direction.
Musk marches to the beat of a different drummer
“How in hell could they not release him?”
When Democrats pick the judges, the judges will behave as DICTATORS. It’s not that hard to understand, and that I why I always tell people that letting Democrats win, because their particular Republican isn’t ‘pure enough’ for them, DOES NOT do anyone any good, nor does it ‘teach the GOP a lesson’. All it does is bring us that much closer to an American version of Stalin running the country.
You sure about that? His lawyer says he never saw those tapes but DOJ claims they were avilable for the defense to look through.
Admittedly, 41K hours of video could be pretty daunting for a small legal shop.
Gee...and the Dems didn’t want this released why??
DOJ? Who you going to believe?
Doesn’t matter what he was told. They always lie to and threaten those they’re trying to prosecute. Nothing new.
Bottom line, his attorney said they’d never seen the additional exculpatory evidence. You can’t very well defend your client if you can’t see all the evidence against or evidence that supports your client.
OF course it does. What was done to Jake was a very important crime, a national disgrace. The details of that crime matter. Also, Jake now needs to get his conviction reversed. The details of why he chose to plead guilty might help him accomplish that.
Btw, if all of the exculpatory evidence/video was available, the court will be able to establish if it was available or not. There should be no gray area here.
I’m talking about the prospectors threats. That’s irrelevant. What is pertinent is, was evidence omitted or withheld, and if this is the case, why was all the evidence not included?
prosecutors too!☺
you got that right - thank you for your sub service
This is how corrupt prosecutors get people to plea. They try to scare the shit out of people. But all this doesn't matter if it's found the prosecution actually withheld or omitted exculpatory evidence. That was my point.
