Apparently our "Special Climate Envoy" is special in a "short bus" sort of way. So what if the Chinese are also deploying solar and wind power facilities? Their actions make it abundantly clear that they don't trust "renewable" sources to provide baseline grid power. Yes, John... the coal-fired plants will be used.
