You can be sure Trump’s lawyers will make that motion if they’re at all competent.
It will of course be denied.
They call Trump a fascist and a dictator. Clearly they are projecting their won need for power and control onto him and his supporters. This needs to be pointed out at all costs.
I’m still amazed this fraud has gotten as far as it has. the Judge and the Bragg should have both been locked up for FRAUD already, why isn’t a Grand Jury in Florida INDICTING the both of them for Deprivation Of Rights under the color of Law?
He’s just a rampaging water buffalo trying to get his way and run the joint.

Arrest the judge for Fraud with Criminal Intent and Presence of Malice.
As far as I'm concerned, this is a campaign and an important Constitutional issue.
I wouldn’t want him working any government job. This whole thing should be thrown out of court.

Violating a NY State election law does not make a federal felony. Why don’t Trump’s attorneys move for a mistrial?

Jonathan Turley had interesting comments on this case and the Supreme Court immunity case (being heard today) this morning on "Fox and Friends." His analysis seems self-evident, but Brian Kilmeade pointed out that on other networks you have lawyers arguing the opposite. (Good of Brian to watch the other networks so none of us need to.)
We will probably learn sooner or later that this is all being directed from the White House and/or the DOJ.
Hah......cute.
Ghetto-nurtured Bragg, which AA contrived to turn into a non-performing DA, is claiming that:
<><>anyone committing a misdemeanor
<><>(supposedly making a “false business entry”)
<><>in order to conceal the commission of another misdemeanor
<><>(braindead Bragg dreamed this up as promoting one’s candidacy in an unlawful manner).......
<><>but just like magic – Bragg waves his magic wand,
<><>and converts the misdemeanors into 34 felony offenses.
“why isn’t a Grand Jury in Florida INDICTING the both of them for Deprivation Of Rights under the color of Law?”
Good question. States should be using their anti-klan laws to indict them as terrorists.
Bragg’s lack of clarity
If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance baffle them with bullshit.
