It drives me nuts when people expect officials to do things way beyond their ability within their positions. But you certainly have a valid point about the Pennsylvania election case. It absolutely would have been a great case for the SC to accept, in my opinion.

I would simply say that, with the Supremes in their positions as the ultimate lawyers in the whole world, they should comment now and then about election fraud, lawlessness, our nonexisten borders (they are mentioned in the Constitution, are they not), and for that matter, our catastrophic national debt, our collapsed educational system, and our rampant immorality. All these relate to the law in a fundamental way.
And I would simply hope that this new fifth awakening would be accompanied by a much higher expectation of performance of our public officials.
