AG Merrick Garland has now defied two Congressional Subpoenas from Chairman’s Jordan and Comer.
Anna Paulina Luna has come out and said she spent some time reading the House Rule Book & Manual and “just learned” of some powers the House of Representatives has to hold people accountable.
Anyone want to take a guess what it is?
It’s called The Inherent Contempt of Congress Powers.
With these powers, the Speaker of the House (Mike Johnson) can send the Sergeant at Arms (or his duty) to go arrest ANYONE who defies a congressional subpoena.
Where can they be held?
Many don’t know this, but there are jail cells at the bottom of the Capitol.
I learned about this in January 2023… but this is the FIRST TIME I’ve heard anyone from Congress mention this…
So does anyone in congress have the balls to actually do it?

I was also shocked that she was from Texas. I think it was Jane that said she got help from Soros....mega bucks. bought the election. My son lives in Tarrant County, hope that her reach into Tarrant County does not go as far as Southlake.
