Good question....If he’s in bankruptcy, wouldn’t the credit existing card balance be part of the bankruptcy and he wouldn’t be making payments, would he? Is that what they object to? Confusing indeed...
You’ve been around here since at least 2005, you don’t remember that Giuliani hasn’t always been popular on FR. In fact, I think in the 2008 primary, many of his few supporters were deleted.
To each his own, I guess. I know you’ve been put in Time Out before, and I guess being in the class of ‘97 counts for a lot.
But not supporting Trump has gotten FReepers with better credentials than you permanently zotted.

I can’t say. I’ve not seen the case file if it’s available. I’ve seen nothing in the news.
I also don’t think like Democrats do. Even if there is an article about some candidate that says he/she did something bad, I would want to read it. Maybe it’s false, maybe not. Democrats usually will pretend their guy didn’t do something, even if he did. I thought Republicans aren’t supposed to be like that.
The article mentions payments beyond maintaining and paying for his residence.
It occurs to me that Giuliani’s brain isn’t functioning properly at this point.
There’s no bias in that Newsweak article—none. It’s also obvious whoever, or whatever, wrote that article is a complete bankruptcy ignoramus. The so-called “Unauthorized Payments” are actually called “Preference Payments”, that is, payments made to one creditor in preference to another creditor.
What is most likely, is those payments were made on debt(s) that were reaffirmed. Meaning, he agreed to not request discharge of those debts as long as he keeps making current payments on them.
But we don’t know that from the biased Newsweak article, because, even if they knew those things, they wouldn’t include them. The whole point is to pile on any Trump supporter.
My eyesight has become worse as I get older, but even I can see through this smokescreen.
