“a federal agency sent “two pallets” of documents to Mar-a-Lago while the National Archives and Records Administration was setting up this documents case. It’s unknown who all had access to these document boxes during their packing, temporary storage in Virginia, and transit to Trump’s home. Were those boxes a setup too? Imagine if some boxes the feds sent amid NARA’s dispute with Trump were also boxes the DOJ can’t verify as being in their original state.”

Does this fit the available facts?:
1) Feds seeded the two pallets with “problematic” documents and had them delivered to Trump.
2) Despite their plan (remember that DoJ and NARA were insisting on fast review), Trump had not gone through these when the feds raided M-a-L.
3) Feds found that among all the documents seized, the only ones they could use against Trump were still in the new two-pallet collection.
4) Since that would look too damn obvious, the feds distributed them throughout the entire collection of seizures.
5) Jack Rat knows he has considerable exposure over this, and would rather blow the whole case than have it all come out before the election.

It’s yet another indication that Trump-hating Biden is using the tax-financed U.S. legal system,
set up to protect the safety and security of Americans, is being used to serve Biden’s agenda
dictated by extremist partisans who are willfully destroying equality before the law.

“So of course the classified documents case didn’t arise from concern over legal improprieties, as the complete lack of prosecution for the same conduct from Joe Biden, Mike Pence, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and DOJ leakers also proves. It was a political hit from the beginning, using federal agencies and resources to strangle Democrats’ top political opponent and override the votes of half the country. Talk about an insurrection.”

The only possible rectification of this is an all-out war culminating in the trial and execution of thousands of criminals who are running our federal government.

Such an outcome would be exceedingly rare but is still feasible.

But even if this outcome were reached, what could be done about the 50% or so of the voting population who support this corruption?

first time i saw the docs all on the flor i knew it was staged. now we find out that the gsa was in on it from the get go and dumped all the docs on the street so trump had to cart them away. Get that pic and then go after the gsa for mishandling classified docs.

Second, there’s the also newly uncovered fact that a federal agency sent “two pallets” of documents to Mar-a-Lago while the National Archives and Records Administration was setting up this documents case.

If GSA or NARA knew there was classified in the boxes they sent to Mar-A-Lago, then they would have had to been specially wrapped and/or couriered (I think you can send Secret through the US mail). I don't see a mention of that here; the Biden administration (WH House lawyers, NARA and DOJ/FBI colluders) needed to send these boxes of documents to Mar-A-Lago for the future FBI raid.

Spoilation is not only a Federal crime, but so is conspiracy to violate civil rights under color of authority. If you take the total number of cases against Trump, and dig deeply enough, one can make the argument that Federal and State officials have conspired to falsely sue and prosecute Trump. The proper remedy at this juncture is for a Federal judge or Federal appeals court to issue a cease and desist on every lawsuit and criminal prosecution against Trump.

Bump!!!

My post #48 should be looked at in parallel to the elections interference allegation. My suspicion is that there has been massive collusion to target Trump civilly and criminally, and that all proceedings against him need to be halted.

Spoilation is not only a federal crime, but it risks the licenses of any lawyers who do it, as it violates the American Bar Association’s codes of conduct. Sanctions for spoilation include lawsuits against those alleged to have committed it and dismissing affected cases. That would be especially appropriate here, as the entire case rests on documents the DOJ has admittedly tampered with.
Waiting...

(and certainly not holding my breath)

Yes, rightfully the Trump lawyers made quite a media protest about not being allowed presence while the FBI goons rifled through his boxes. A chief marker for the coming BOOMERANG, I pray.

No wonder the goon squad arrived at Mar-a-Lago armed to the teeth.
A guy needs guaranteed cover of darkness to pull off a Frame Up of a president.
