As war rages, why are Israelis searching for God, and even considering Jesus?

It’s getting close to being wrapped up.

We should show Jews the same level of mercy & love Jesus showed us in our sin-filled, unworthy, and God-rejecting state before we embraced Him.

Fwiw, in the True Life In God message The Day of My Return is nearer than you think from January 31, 2019, Jesus says:

“the Day of My Return is nearer than you think, for I am coming to dwell in the middle of all of you and in all truth I will be awakening My People (Israel) lifting the veil that impedes them to recognize Me as the Messiah; I will be reviving their drooping spirit, turning it into a flame of joy, and their consciences into a vivid open book of Understanding (Wisdom) and they will celebrate Me with Psalms cultivating Knowledge in their heart!”

Believe it or not, ready or not, that day is coming.

When reading Abba Eban’s autobiography I remember an exchange between him and David Ben-Gurion. Ben-Gurion suggested Einstein should be the first president because Israel was founded on the principle of scientific humanism.
