Ditto.
YES! Lost a beloved cousin in the twin towers.
If I had been President at least three middle east governments would have paid a terrible price as they toppled, and two governments would have been required to pay for the reconstruction.
And if Russia and China did not like that, they would better think twice before they make a move.
We were way too civil.
There was plenty of emotion by all in attendance. In the rain. Americana at its finest.
I remember that I cried for days. Listening to people on the radio today, I felt that sadness and horror all over again, like it was yesterday.
This New Yorker feels the same intensity of emotions as I did on that beautiful, late summer day. I hear the cries of those lost souls each time I am at the site.
As I have stated before, Until my last breath on this earth, I shall never forget, nor shall I ever forgive, what happened that day.
May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace and let perpetual light shine upon them. Amen.
Americans were psychologically rewarded for being sad victims when they should have been angry and outraged!
Absolutely. Always have.......always will.
I know that feeling well. That one always takes over. No avoiding it, and frankly I want to be angry at the people and culture that attacked us. There's no way to sugar coat that.
Those effing bastards.
I am angry that we have a president that bends forward to islam.
Yes, absolutely. I have not visited New York or Washington..but I did goto Shanksville just before the 5 year anniversary and will go again this year...but not on this weekend. This is for the families. I can tell you that the expereince reduced me to tears. It still does. The anger I feel is for the political correctness that tries to diminish what happened n that day and who was responsible. Or that rescue workers and those working the site are now sick with effects from the toxins they came into contact with and are not getting the help they deserve. No, I will never be the same. Never ever forget. God bless those lost and their families.
Nope, revenge is what's on my mind.
Yes, sad, not quite as mad until I learn ridiculous things like people who were adults at the time but do not recall what year it happened. To a person they have been liberals.
I get pissed off every time I see some muztard chick walking around in complete freedom here in the USA (it’s harder to recognize males).
I still want to take a Louisville Slugger to the fat, ugly pali beotch clicking her tongue and passing out sweets in celebration I saw on the news.
I flip off the local mosque every time I drive by.
I will never forget and never forgive. I have stupid libtard relatives that visted a mosque and continually take up for islam.
When I ask if they’ve read the koran (which I have, several times)...they can’t answer, and I don’t suppose they want to face the truth.
I’d love to kick Bloomberg in the butt for his treasonist activities.
Yes. And I’m still mad as hell.
NEVER FORGET.
I still take time to reflect on December 7th. Hell yeah.
I don’t celebrate either day. I only celebrate victories. I have a time I reflect on each of those days.
My husband and I were just discussing this very thing tonight. Yes - I get emotional every year..the tears just begin to flow. It always get to me.....Every year - when I hear the recordings, etc. - it all comes back...I get mad, I get sad...and I cry...I can’t believe it’s been 10 years...in some ways it seems as if it was yesterday...and it some ways it seems as if it has been a lifetime ago.
Words cannot describe the absolute disgust, disdain and hatred I have for that individual. He is slapping the faces of all those who lost loved ones on that day, and those that responded to the attack, whether in NY or Afghanistan.
It is simply shameful. But then, that individual has no shame, the egomaniacal political "it's all about me" narcissist that he is.
