Yeah it was crazy, my truck looked like something out of India all these people hanging on the sides in a panic. People really believed the end was coming. Little did they know it would come 22 year later in the form of Joe Biden lol
I took the ferry to Jersey that day. The operators were saying that anyone who was within the area of all the asbestos was to come to the front of the line and to the front of the ferry. Some people were too clever for their own good and thought that coming to the front of the line and the boat would get them off the boat first.
Well, it did. Right to the tents where the asbestos dust was being hosed off them.
WOW, tis is the first I heard that there were several Freepers killed on that day.
I knew about Barbara Olson’s death - but didn’t know she was a Freeper.
