Showtime teased an upcoming miniseries focusing on former FBI Director James Comey's relationship with President Trump. The network announced on Tuesday that its two-part, four-hour miniseries The Comey Rule, based on the former FBI Director's memoir A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership, will air in November, days after the 2020 election.
