Kobayashi's wife, Maggie James, said in the film that he can go days without eating food.

While Donald Trump mounts an interlocutory appeal that he hopes will end with Fulton County DA Fani Willisâ (D) disqualification from prosecuting him, Willis is challenging the dismissal of several charges against the former president and his allies. In a Thursday filing in Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfeeâs court, Willis filed her notice of âcross appealâ to overturn the judgeâs March 13 ruling favorable to the defense â this, as the defense guns for the DAâs ouster. âThe stateâs cross appeal corresponds to the Defendantsâ interlocutory appeal of this Courtâs âORDER ON DEFENDANTSâ MOTION TO DISMISS AND DISQUALIFY...

I posted the breaking news regarding the death of Grayson Murray over three hours ago. In fact, it was within five minutes of it being announced on CBS Soorts. It has been removed and replaced by two other threads one, beginning at 5:35 and the other at 6:01. I would just like to know why. Thank you.

Diminished but not deterred, Hamas is still putting up a fight after seven brutal months of war with Israel, regrouping in some of the hardest-hit areas in northern Gaza and resuming rocket attacks into nearby Israeli communities. Israel initially made tactical advances against Hamas after a devastating aerial bombardment paved the way for its ground troops. But those early gains have given way to a grinding struggle against an adaptable insurgency â and a growing feeling among many Israelis that their military faces only bad options, drawing comparisons with U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. They supported Israelâs retaliation for...

One of the co-defendants in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case would like to modify a February motion to dismiss the indictment in light of what they say is a new argument by the government. In a three-page notice of supplemental authority filed Friday, attorneys for Waltine âWaltâ Nauta, former President Donald Trumpâs personal valet, say the government recently shifted the statutory authority relied on for count 38 of the superseding indictment. In turn, the defense says, they are providing additional citations that deal with the statutory change. The notice argues, relatively tersely, that special counsel Jack Smith and his team...

ADemocrat who recently won their primary in Oregonâs 5th Congressional District, a swing district, previously supported a passed ballot measure that decriminalized drugs in the area. Oregon state Rep. Janelle Bynum voiced her support for Measure 110, which, after being passed in November 2020, decriminalized most possession of controlled substances. That ballot measure passed 58.5% to 41.5% in the state, with Portlandâs Multnomah County offering the most votes in favor at a nearly 3-to-1 margin. However, Bynumâs previous support for the measure wonât likely appeal so much to voters anymore; a February poll saw 61% of voters call the policy...

Takeru "Kobi" Kobayashi, the six-time Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest champion, announced he is retiring from competitive eating over concerns of the damage he is doing to his body, he announced in a new film. In "Hack Your Health - The Secrets of Your Gut" on Netflix, Kobayashi expressed concern about the damage his career had on his health, and in particular his brain and his cut. "Ever since I started this career, I've wondered what damage I've done to my body," he said. "I want to know how it is damaging my brain and my nervous system." Kobayashi said...

Part 1: An Apparent Contradiction of Logic An unsettling question may arise when one ponders the implications of John 1:3 which states, âAll things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.â That unsettling question is, âDid God create evil?â Letâs step back a few paces to get a big-picture view. After each sequence of bringing the heavens and earth into existence in Genesis chapter 1, God considered His creative work to be good. Over and over, it is repeated, âAnd God saw that it was good.â The point is...

In the first part of this article, we noted that God has created everything. Nothing exists without Him. This position is clearly supported in the Scriptures just as the case for His omnibenevolent, omniscient, and omnipotent nature is also supported. These are matters which are beyond question if one studies and accepts the Scriptures responsibly. All that being so, itâs tempting to feel that if an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent God really exists, then evil should not. If God is who the Bible claims He is, then how does evil fit in? This awkward truce of disparate truths is not...

Everything you need to know about Kosher for Passover food. The Kosher aisle at the supermarket looks a bit different every spring. Imagine making a documentary about one of the 20th centuryâs leading opponents of the Ku Klux Klan â without ever talking about the evil of the KKK itself. If that sounds like malpractice, consider PBSâs new documentary on the life of William F. Buckley Jr. âThe Incomparable Mr. Buckley,â the latest installment in the âAmerican Mastersâ series, has much to say about anti-Communism but never reckons with the murderous reality of Communism itself. In failing to do so, producer and director Barak Goodman unintentionally reminds his viewers why Buckley was needed in the first place â and why he still...

Does state Attorney General Letitia James believe her only job is attacking Donald Trump? Now sheâs going after the ex-prez for posting the bond on the $454 million civil-fraud judgment she won against him in February, a step he must take in order to appeal. Last week, Trump posted the $175 million bond, provided by Knight Specialty Insurance Co., to temporarily prevent James from snatching up Trump Tower and other assets (an outcome sheâs been raring for since the judgment was passed down) while he continued to fight the ruling in an appeals court. Not good enough for Tish: On...

Video of the vicious attack, which The Post obtained from the church Monday, shows the suspect stalking the woman as...

The Justice Department is refusing to hand over audio recordings of Joe Bidenâs interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur. âThe Committees have responded with escalation and threats of criminal contempt,â the DOJ wrote in a letter to House GOP Chairmen James Comer and Jim Jordan. âWe urge the Committees to avoid conflict rather than seek it.â House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Monday released a statement after the DOJ rebuffed his committeeâs request for the audio recordings. âThe Biden Administration does not get to determine what Congress needs and does not need for its oversight of the executive branch,â Comer...

Earlier today, President Trump released a statement on his positions for abortion and abortion rights.
