A sense that something was wrong (which a mother might surely feel) doesn't mean such sense was correct. There was danger, obviously. But Beth's sense of what that danger was might have been wrong.
Odd's are greatest that Nat was too old to qualify for the human traffic thing. Most likely, she OD'd from something she was given (prob by Jurine)...interaction with current medication or just a plain OD from a date rape drug or X.
Whether the issue is X or Rohypnol or GHP...it is ultimately a matter of motive on the part of the person with her (and why would Jurine walk away after investing so much in Nat).
If Jurine is a predator (and everything points to that), no one is going to interfere with that process. He wouldn't allow it.

Yes, as his business obviously makes that possible via opening voicemails and maybe even monitoring calls on his accounts.
There can't be very many cell-providers in Aruba; there are very very many "Croes" in Aruba, apparently all locals; and this particular Croes speaks near-perfect American english, and otherwise appears to be well-schooled and savvy. I think it is likely that he is the "guy" to go to for cellphones for the type of Arubans/Dutch/Govt types in Aruba----both the decent and indecent type------I can only imagine whose cellphones he manages amongst the folks in Aruba who are involved in this case so far and those who will be revealed as time passes. Hell, the message he and Beth listened to 3 times might have been someone in the States putting in a fix with the polis, prosecutor, VDS, or who knows what/who. I think the bombshell Beth has to drop (if there IS one) mat well originate from this scenario that has some of us so intrigued. And maybe I'm totally wrong, too.

At the Alpha male extreme, there is no sharing. I suggest that Jurine is not an alpha male but a sociopath. In which case, he still is not a sharer.
Of course, I could be wrong, but I suspect he did the dirty deed and sharing was not one of his characteristics.
