Jordin's First Song
Getting right to it. A scene from Jordin's homecoming. The mayor reads a message from Simon to Jordin and the crowd. Simon wants her to sing "Wishing On A Star".
Randy: "That was a very good vocal. A little Beyonce in it."
Paula: "A great way to start the show."
Simon: "You sang it great, I just wish it didn't have the weird jazz arrangement."
To: Bahbah
To: Miss Didi
I agree. It was just okay. Not horrible, but not great either.

I’ll have to follow this thread for info. Pls fill in as much as possible. Thanks!

Blake's First Song
Scene from Blake's homecoming--lots of screaming Ashely Ferl types in the crowd.

Paula's choice--"Roxanne" by the Police.
Blake finally got the message and stopped beatboxing.
Randy: "Great, great performance. Gotta give you an 'A' on that."
Paula: "It was good. It was fresh. I loved it."
Simon: "I'm not going to call it earth-shattering, because it wasn't. It was good, but it wasn't great."
To: mystery-ak
You cahn’t say it was fantastic...you cahn’t. The middle was weak, but overall good job, Vest Man.
