Since he/she was born here, your hypothetical Disneyland trip baby has American citizenship. Whether it has French citizenship as well is an issue for French law to decide. The baby, when he/she reaches majority can renounce his/her American citizenship if he/she wishes to by going to an American embassy or consulate, filling out various forms, sitting though some required interviews to make sure he/she understands what he/she is doing, and surrendering his/her American passport, if one was ever issued to him/her. There are other bells and whistles on the situation but this is already long enough.
Should American law be more restrictive? I certainly think so. I am undecided as to how exactly to define the restrictions.
For example, it said he was born in Kenya in 1961, but his alleged birthplace was actually in Zanzibar at the time.

This seems very telling against the Taitz document. The Bomford registry book and page numbers roughly match what were used in Australia in the 1950s and 1960s.
Since they also appear on the Taitz document referring to suppposed Kenya registry books, there’s a really big problem with the Taitz document.
She must not have a paper copy but was sent a digital copy by the same DU hoaxers who did the Bomford document.

Craig has been working for the White House for a few months. A couple of days ago, I read he is about to be shown the door. His crookedness and the White House crookedness haven’t been able to see eye to eye.
Um, try again. Faulty logic. They never posted on the Internet, to the best of your knowledge, but the Leahy committe had some legitimate exhibit given to them which showed born on base property else the ‘whereas’ addressing location would not have been made. Smoke and mirrors disappear when actual Senate exhibits are in evidence. Putting an image on the Internet and calling attention to it can be misleading, as we have all been shown over the past several months. Can you vouch for the image showing ‘born in Colon’? ... I didn’t think so. Is the testimony of Juan’s mother of no consequence? She was sworn in and tesitifed before leaky Leahy’s committee!

IF Dr Taitz finds the original record in London, then the veracity of all other documents and/or images of other documents of unknown origin is moot.
The only genuine record is the original on file in London (or perhaps Kenya). She can then return with (or better, have a copy sent directly to the judge) a bullet-proof certified paper copy, properly signed and sealed by British authorities.
As far as I know, the current Kenyan BC is nothing more that a photo of a paper document. Even if it were a paper document, the lack of a proper provenance makes it suspect.
If we’ve learned nothing else in the past year+ it’s trust nothing that’s only on the web!
Obama Sr. was a citizen of the UK at Jr’s birth. At best Obama Jr. had dual citizenship (which by the letter of the law was not the case because his mother was too young). He cannot be a “natural born citazen” regardless of ths argument raging here. The real focus should be on his parentage. Was BHO Jr. an American citizen at birth? British? later Kenyan? Indonesian citizenship even later... This kind of divided loyalty at birth was exactly what the founders sought to avoid in the NBC phrase in article 2 of the Constitution.

The children, their heirs, are those born of those pledged citizens, who were the first natural-born citizens of the new nation once the Constitution was ratified, pulling all the individual states into one union of people. This distinction of people was the first to be created out of a concept of united ideas and principles. That Hawaiian health director is an idiot and so is that moron, Tarantino. Neither have studied U.S. history. It’s LIES.
3. Foreigners were to be naturalized before sanctioning their admittance into the union. They not only had to swear an oath to the republic ideas and principles, but disavow allegiance to any other. Even then, they were disenfranchised from ever holding office of the presidency. Some of the delegates didn’t want foreigners of any kind entering their councils. If you were legitimately born of a foreign father, that was it, partus sequitur patrem reigned (a child follows the nationality of the father) and you were deemed the nationality of your father. End of story. Get in the naturalization line if you wanted citizenship and THAT is what the framers held and was set in law.
A “citizen of the world”, if you read the early history, was defined as a person who looked upon favoring one nationality over another with DISDAIN. A “citizen of the world” looks at all nations equally, and has no attachment or preference for one over the other. This is what Obama says he is, a “citizen of the world”. It’s an oxymoron to say this and take a solemn oath to put this country’s interests above all others. The two sentiments don’t equate with each other.
But it is the ultimate oxymoron to call yourself a “natural-born citizen” when you clearly admit that you were born with dual-loyalties and then leave absolutely no doubt in anyone’s mind, when you call yourself an American citizen, however, you’re also a citizen of the world. Which is it Obama? You CANNOT be both!
This is the New World Order think, people. Get used to it, because even Obama no longer calls it that – he calls it THE World Order. It’s not even new think anymore, it’s here. This “order” wants to do away with national identities and create a world identity and it’s not based on the sovereign concept of liberty and freedom. It’s based on rulers where only the elite have power and you are just a pawn in the scheme of everything else.
This is what you stand to lose in the warning quoted above. You are in the midst of standing in the face of people who are counting on the fact that you are ignorant of your history that gives you the right to question who and where he came from and the bag of socialist crap they are trying to ram down your throat. If you don’t question it now, you will either lose your liberty by rolling over in favor of these foreign agendas, or possibly die fighting for your freedom all over again if you don’t question the election process now and get involved in the next election to come.
We are one united people. We aren’t born out of aristocracy, oligarchy or ruled by monarchs. We are each a sovereign entity who inherited the freedom of a nation born upon the principles of a republic, not socialism.
Remember something, socialists weren’t even allowed to become citizens in our early history. Considering that, ask yourself how Roger Calero even got on the 2008 ballot. Foreign-born, foreign-bred AND a self-proclaimed socialist. They were barred as being unfriendly to republican principles. That was a matter of law, not opinion. Obama gets into office and within less than a year, he has put the auto industry, the banks and now wants your own health care, under government control. Next WILL be your guns. Then they will take your children and force them into involuntary servitude to police THIS country (The National Civil Service program). This isn’t a scare tactic. These are his policies! That’s tyranny. That’s socialism. He should be impeached based on pre-existing law handed down from the edicts found in the constitutional debates. Obama is not friendly to republican principles, neither is his entire administration. They may call themselves democrats, but that’s a lie. They are socialists with foreign ideas intent on taking down this republic.
Wake up America. You still have the power to remain free, but you have to take an interest in your freedom first. Don’t cry later if you did nothing and lose it. That is what is at stake here. When I applied to be a US citizen in 1974, I had to “renounce” my citizenship in my previous country first...
I had to raise my right hand and actually swear that I renounced my citizenship...
I could not have dual citizenship...
