that does not indict home schooling
we are homeschooling all 7 of ours. In addition to doing school at home, real jobs for the teenagers (pizza parlor, teaching horseback riding, etc...) , boy scouts, girl scouts, AWANA, soccer, baseball, etc for the younger children
some “hide at home”, the vast majority do not
There are some days I would love to hide at home. Especially Tuesdays. We have school in the am, co-op in afternoon, piano lessons in the evening and youth discipleship at our house at night. Today was a nice day because everything but morning school was cancelled because of snow!
