If you’ve never heard the phrase, “fuller of chit than the Rocky Mountains is full of goat turds”, this is exactly the sort of individual it was created to describe.
Given the fact that someone saw fit to post this and make us all aware that this sort is actually published somewhere, I thought you should have the right phrase to associate with them.
