Let me rephrase that: It's shameful & sad that it even HAS to be written into law.
This country is circling the drain and we had better do something about it right quick.
IMHO, we're being destroyed from within. I used to think that it was happening little by little. Now,I think those forces are attacking with lightening speed.
I agree. The corruption in this country among the elite is so complete it is shameful.

As to the ‘ojification of the presidency,’ if Pops’ name don’t fit, it don’t mean sh*t.
Unless there is a way that the people can REQUIRE law enforcement to prosecute Obama for forgery, it will never happen. Trust me on this one; I’ve been in contact with law enforcement of every kind, and nothing will happen unless there’s no way they can wiggle out of prosecuting Obama.
That’s one reason why this is about much, much more than just Obama. It’s about the rule of law, at every level.

We need every person to contact their state legislator and ask for this bill to be introduced and passed. Deadlines are imminent, as I well know because I missed Nebraska’s deadline. So today is the day. If we’re ever gonna get credible answers on this issue, for Obama or for any candidate, we need to contact our state legislators TODAY.
I have an e-mail that I can send to anybody who would like to forward information about this to their e-mail lists. The e-mail attaches the text of the bill and a letter that can be sent to state legislators to explain why we need this bill. We can get the word out quickly and easily, if we have people who are willing to e-mail their friends and colleagues.
It’s been suggested that I e-mail the Tea Parties so they can send it out to their members. I can look up e-mail addies for Tea Party leaders, but I think it would be much more credible if it came from their own members. So if somebody is a Tea Party member - particularly in the R-controlled states which I believe are still in play for this (Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin) - and would be willing to let me e-mail you so you can forward the e-mail to your Tea Party leaders, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.

So we’ve got THREE officials of the Hawaii government agreeing that Hawaii has no valid birth documentation for Obama. Those three confirmations being given in different ways over a 3-year period.
That’s not just an Obama ploy to make “birthers” look crazy.
IT WOULDN’T A PRIVACY VIOLATION FOR THE GOVERNOR TO SAY THERE ISN’T A LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE. SOMEONE SHOULD ASK IT THAT WAY.
Slightly OT. Why can’t anyone find college info on Obama. every college library has the yearbooks. Obama was Editor of the law Review. Has anyone ever checked these reviews? Someone near Occidental, Columbia and Harvard needs to go to the library and check the yearbooks. That is done with high schools all the time to find suspects, etc... Just a thought.
The HDOH claims they can’t give any information about WHAT birth index their index data for Obama is from. Not even whether it was from the Delayed Birth Certificate, Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, or pending index. So according to that, the index listing for Obama could mean they’ve got a Kleenex with “I was born in Hawaii. Barack Hussein Obama II”.
And it sounds like Abercrombie is saying that may well be what they’ve got, if anything.
The way to force answers is through a state eligibility bill. If we could each take 5 minutes to copy the bill at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf , find our state legislators’ e-mail address, and C&P that bill into an e-mail asking them to introduce and pass that bill.... we could possibly get the answers we’ve all spent so much time wondering about.
And then we could get back to speculating together. =)

I don’t get how all this squares with the statements of Dr. Fukino:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago....”
Was she lying then? Is Abercrombie lying now?
Leave aside that Dr. Fukino is not empowered to determine who is or is not a “natural born citizen” when even our Supreme Court will not clearly interpret that language of the Constitution, she claims she saw the ‘original vital records’ on file in the HI State Dept of Health. Either they were there or they were not; if they were there, why can’t Abercrombie & Co. find them?

They're both telling the truth. Nothing Abercrombie said contradicts Fukino's statements.
