I wonder if you can be forgiven for daring to voice that speculation.
I don’t know. My confusion lies in the fact that on the one hand, she is said to have planned on a “late” entry - late compared to others; on the other hand, look at all that has happened in the meantime. She steps into it, if she does, in a situation not foreseen when she made her long ago late entry plan, if indeed that’s true.
Romney is toast, unless...
The conservative vote is badly split among a multiplicity of candidates, each scrambling for their piece of the vote whether or not they have a prayer of winning...
I still think Romney has a big problem due to where the primaries are. We have to wonder, where other than NH will he win?
Perry has a more open road. It looks to me like, right now, it’s Perry’s to lose. However, if Sarah runs now, into that situation, people who support others would have to drop their support of the others and fly to Palin to make her vastly superior to Romney. I’m not certain that would happen.
People of the establishment GOP might be able to rally a “Romney because he’s not Palin” cause.

She is close to 100 percent name recognition, is not counting on big ticket donors and is waiting for the other meatheads to make complete fools of themselves...

She is smart enough not to run with such enormous unfavorables. Besides, at this point, Perry would eat her lunch.

I hope she does run. I don’t think she can be bought off to go along. She never said that she would announce on any certain date. She always says she thinks it’s not too late for others to enter. That could mean different things to me. I am not worried nor tired of Sarah. I admire her stances. I will be there in her decision/either way. She is a strong person and knows many are wanting for her to run to tackle government corruption. I just don’t see the others breaking up their status, the good ole ways and friendships to bring out dirty politicians and to clean out the moderates from the GOP. The GOP now seems like a place for democrats who are moderate and weak. Feeling like there’s no place for someone like me. GOP needs to be conservative and don’t apologize for that. Kinda why I like Sarah. Keep up the faith. Let’s hope our candidate is the right one. Whoever it will be be, the media will try to destroy them.

I do agree her announcing will be a game changer. I personally want her to go ahead and do it, as I think they will vilify her all the time any chance they get. No point in avoiding them, just stare em down, they are cowards.
