5. It would shore up Romney's popularity with women voters.

4. A Romney/Hillary ticket would increase GOP appeal among moderates and independents in blue states and swing states, as well as minority voters concerned with Romney's Mormonism.

3. A Romney/Hillary ticket would distance the GOP from GW Bush, the Tea Party and the religious right in the minds of voters.

2. Hillary was born into and raised in an Republican establishment family.

1. The most important thing this election is to stop Obama before he can do four more years of damage.

Sounds great.

Picking a murdering psychopath as VP would definitely raise my confidence in him as being level headed.

Five reasons Romney should pick Hillary as his VP (Vanity)

#1 You are crazy
#2 You are off your rocker
#3 You are a DNC troll
#4 You are a Dailt KOS/DU troll
#5 You are from a different planet, in a different galaxy (far, far away) and John Lithgow has not finished debriefing you.

Are you freaking nuts?

Hey, it's a "masterpiece" move.

The ONE thing 100% of FREEPERS seem to be agreed upon is that our country can't survive another 4 years of Obama.

This would meet 100% that objective.

I mean, hey...in the early 1990s Hillary headed the very first attempt to get socialized healthcare into the system.

She failed. Mitt succeeded.

Mitt outliberalized Hillary on socialized healthcare!

If Mitt's liberal success here wasn't a provocation to the GoP, why would Hillary prove any more upsetting than Mitt? 'Tis a perfect liberal package! They deserve each other!

What’s really sad is it’s probably true.

Definitely number five: “#5 You are from a different planet, in a different galaxy (far, far away) and John Lithgow has not finished debriefing you.”

But prior to ascending to the Celestial Kingdom, I was Parley Pratt - the common ancestor between Mitt Romney and Jon Huntsman. Back then, we believers in the restored gospel were good Democrats. So sorry great-great-grandsonny, no white horse for you!

Picking a murdering psychopath as VP would definitely raise my confidence in him as being level headed.

Exactly!

The pair are made for each other. Here...I'll show you what I mean...Here's murderin' Mitt in his own words during two late 2007 media interviews well after his "pro-life" altar calls:

December 4, 2007: Romney: ...surplus embryos...Those embryos, I hope, could be available for adoption for people who would like to adopt embryos. But if a parent decides they would want to donate one of those embryos for purposes of research, in my view, that's acceptable. It should not be made against the law."

"If a parent decides they want to donate" their offspring "for purposes of research" or adopt him/her out, "in my view, that's acceptable" -- says Mitt!

8/12/07 interview with Chris Wallace of Fox (talking about his "pro-abortion" days: Romney: "I never called myself pro-choice. I never allowed myself to use the word pro-choice because I didn't FEEL I was pro-choice. I would protect the law, I said, as it was, but I wasn't pro-choice, and so..."

OKayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Well...a number of FREEPERs -- by supporting Mitt -- have basically said "to hell with the womb" anyway... (And then they wonder why this country is under economic judgment)

You ARE kidding, right? Romney, if he ends up being our nominee, had better pick someone who his polar opposite:

Newt Gingrich
Alan West
Rick Santorum
Marco Rubio

(I cannot think of any more conservatives, but you get my drift)

Perhaps Romney should name Jesse Jackson as his running mate. Jackson has experience campaigning for national office, and he could help Romney in Illinois, where he’s based as well as in parts of the South, where he won a number of delegates when he ran for president.

I think that romney should run as VP under obama, and biden should be appointed ambassador to the moon, where his talents would prove most effective. Shrillary can be re-assigned to the department of crazy-eyed people, and have Pelosi as her assistant and mentor.

For those of you asking whether this was satire on my part: Seriously, if you have to ask the question, what does that say about the current state of the GOPe?

He might as well, they are both flaming liberals, and he’s not going to get the conservative vote anyway.

> I think that romney should run as VP under obama, and biden should be appointed ambassador to the moon...

I could see Romney as Obama’s VP - after all, he inspired many of Obama’s policies, and his old man George was buddies with Saul Alinsky as governor of Michigan.

However, not sure Romney would agree to exiling Biden to the moon. It might not go over with the race of seven-foot tall Quakers that live there, according to the revelations of Joseph Smith Jr.

1)In spite of being a Marxist all of her life she might actually be less of a liberal than Mitt.

2)She might be smarter than Biden.

3)Her husband was the first black president.

Another excellent choice for Romney’s running mate would be Dennis Kucinich. Kucinich has experience running for national office and is a proven vote-getter in urban communities where Republicans have failed to make inroads for decades. With Kucinich at his side, the Obama machine would be unable to link Romney to George W. Bush, because Kucinich tried to get Bush impeached.
