I will be voting for Romney. At least he understands how to run a business. Obama only understands how to run his mouth.

Thanks for your service, Navy Vet. I hope you come around, hold your nose (like me) and vote for Romney. He ain’t perfect, but neither was W....and W gave us Alito and Roberts...

Excellent points. This election is about the economy ... something Obama knows nothing about. That's one thing that Mittens does understand. Now, I'm not sold on his ability to appoint conservative justices ... his track record doesn't support that idea ... but we know beyond a doubt what kind of justice Obama would appoint.

I will cast my vote against Obama ... even if that means checking the box next to Mittens' name.

Nope, they are entrenched because they own the rule book, and when a true conservative moves up, they change the rules, or use some other dirty trick to sideline them.

Can't fight on that ground. It's a long wait where a train don't come.

Best to bypass them entirely, and cut them off so that they starve.

Enabling them is like an abused wife going back to 'try to save the marriage'. It never ends well.

I won't enable them.

Okay. Then you understand that plus one in column A does not equal plus one in column B.

"If Mr. Obama wins, good luck."

Thanks, but I don't believe much in luck. I really believe God takes care of His own. I'm going to vote the way I know is right, and leave the rest up to Him.

Sorry, that Scripture does not say submit yourselves to evildoers themselves, which is what Romney is. It’s because I fear God that I will not vote for him as this nation’s leader. We aren’t to submit to the government if it comes into conflict with God’s laws. Besides, Romney isn’t even in office, so how is voting for him submitting to the ordinance of man, as to a king or governor?

There are a lot of what-ifs in your post. I’ve prayed about this. I’ve asked God to confirm for me the right thing to do, and I believe I got the answer. Voting for an abortionist and homosexual lover would be going against God’s laws, so how you figure God could sanction that, I can’t imagine.

Finally-—and again-—no one is advocating sitting it out. Stop perpetuating this untruth, please.

We don’t have an “Independent” option in Texas. At a primary election, one either votes in the Democrat primary or the Republican primary and that makes one either a Democrat or a Republican on the record. The person’s voter card is stamped Democrat or Republican when the person votes in the primary. One can think “I’m an Independent”, but the record and voter card shows either Democrat or Republican.

Not exactly. Whether the card is stamped with "Republican" or "Democrat" we can still vote in either primary.

Ok, I get it, but just to keep it all honest and to lift up a slight challenge to your statement. The Apostle Peter wrote this letter to, “God’s elect in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia.” At the time of this writing all these were provinces of ROME. They were under the rule of Caesar, and directly under the rule of Roman governors.
Now, according to history we know the Romans were not particularly fond of Jews or Christians. They felt as though they were obstinate in their insistance on believing in only ONE God. It was a belief they willing died for.
Even in the face of being persecuted for their faith the Apostle IS telling them that these Roman Rulers were ordained by God to rule.
Now, there is no doubt that these Roman rulers did not rule according to God’s standards, and yet the Apostle tells the Christians to submit to their rule.
How can this be if, according to you, we are NOT to submit if the government is in conflict with God’s law?
I believe the challenge for Christians is to work to discern God’s will for their country, and then, as good civic citizens help that purpose move forward.

This times of PERIL are due to TEAM ROMNEY.

WE WILL NOT SUPPPORT THE BACKSTABBER OF SOROS and Kolob.

FLASHBACK:

The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++4 to 10 pts
in some polls, days prior to Election 2008.
So rather than helping the GOP, Romney and
TeamROMNEY and the RNME (Republican National Media Establishment)
decided …to attack Gov. Palin to throw Election2008.

Romney, and the Van der Sloot RNME RINOs for Obama in 2008

Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers…
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide…
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"I’m told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palin’s people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romney’s former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
… aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off ….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the “Diva” leak was Nicolle Wallace’s husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

Good grief. Your conclusion is preposterous. Never have been a declared Republican. Registered as one to vote in the Republican primaries because that’s where the Conservatives have been running in the past. Have given support to individual candidates, never to the GOP.

Never was a Republican! But raised a Democrat. What is so unusual about that? How does that make anyone a self-declared RINO, whatever that is? Your judgments about me are incorrect and inaccurate.

Bear in mind who they are. Virtually every one is a lickspittle partei-uber-alles hack, who will perform as commanded, or a credulous cultist who will also perform as commanded. They dare not even think for themselves, thus they all sound alike - as do their mirror images in the Democrat party.

Like I said, I’ve been praying for God’s discernment in the matter, and I believe I have it. I’m not voting for Romney. Remember, women in MA are walking into clinics today and getting their cheap abortions, thanks to him.

In respect to your challenge, if you lived in Nazi Germany, are you saying it would be permissible in God’s eyes to murder Jews because the government ordered it?

Read Acts 4. The apostles were commanded by the authorities not to preach about Christ or invoke His name. Here’s their response:

“But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge you”. Later, Acts 5 states, “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men.”

You have a new voting card before every primary. When you vote, either Republican or Democrat primary, the name of the party is stamped on the voter card. If there is a run-off after the primary, you must vote in the run-off according to the stamp on your card. An election worker checks your card to be sure you are in the right run-off election, plus they have pary affiliation now stamped on the sheets they are using.

In the general election, both parties are on the ballot and you may vote for whomever you wish.

Two years later, at the next primary, you may again choose whether to vote in the Republican or Democrat primary election. Whichever you choose makes you one until the next primary election.
