If he runs on a BIG idea like socialism vs. capitalism, that will work. I’m talking about this “turn the economy around” rhetoric based on unemployment figures or pocketbook/kitchen table economics. Bottom line, though, you can’t make your message all about economics or you’ll never be able to beat a Democrat if and when the economy is doing good, as we saw with Clinton. You’ll also never be able to save yourself if the economy’s going through a rough patch, as we saw with Bush, Sr. Leftism/progressivism is so embraces and well-defined by the Democrats now, that a debate over those BIG ideas should be what we’re running our elections on. And that entails social policy as well as economic policy.

The presidency is to a degree, but the rest of it is bullsh*t. Go get enough people to get the right people elected in the primary. The game is voting numbers. The rest is periphery. It takes work. The problem is too many people, including most on message boards, are lazy and do nothing but bitch.
Door knocks, parade volunteers, stuffing envelops, phone calls. That's what it takes to win. I don't do the calls, but I do the other things. That strategy can go for both party leadership as well as our elected officials.

I am not voting for Obama because I don’t believe in what he stands for. I am not voting for Mitt because I don’t trust him, and I don’t like what he’s done as a governor. In both cases it is the candidates’ fault I am not voting for them.
And please, Mitt is not there with conservatives 80% of the time. He’s the most liberal of all the candidates that were running.

I have a new gun - a for real Pepper Spray Gun. Shoots 20 feet with accuracy with a night spotter light. It’s the ultimate in pepper spray. Will stop zombies and Democrats or bad guys in general. Gives time to aim the Luger and zombie or other is no more.

That is the truth. It’s a matter of mind set and mental practice. If one thinks through every situation that could happen, and uses the weapon mentally in every situation, then when a real situation happens, it’s not new because one has thought it through before.
Knowing stance and basic shooting protocol with the weapon is fine, but thinking through situations over and over allows freedom of action in the real situation.
Hesitation is not permitted. I see situations psychologically and I mentally practice so I won’t hesitate.

Bishop, a Bam puppet, has recently come out in favor of Keystone, which is hard to believe.
At this stage of his campaign against Carter they said Reagan couldn’t win as he was far behind in the polls. Reagan as we all know went on to an impressive victory. We have a better chance with Romney and we can’t stop fighting.
