Rab.
I always find it singularly curious when a local judge, with no jurisdiction whatsoever, thinks they have the authority to toss out a STATE law. If anything, the only judges with standing to judge a state law are the State Supreme Court.
Judges are the law.
Haven’t you read “Judge Dredd” comic books?
Heh. One thing is for certain: It’s time to start hanging judges that think they ARE the law. Pissant Munie judges need to deal with their level of law, which is traffic tickets. They don’t like abortion law ? Quit the bench, run for the state legislature and they can vote for all the infanticide bills to their black Satanic hearts content.
This is why I want trump to have judges as his main priority. Getting conservative judges on the bench will do more good for our country then anything else.
On November 2, 2011, President Obama nominated Baker to be a District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
Another Zerobot Black-Robed Thug. It’s sad that the single-minded goal of most of these federal “judges” is to preserve the leftist status quo and prevent ANY Conservative laws and change to be implemented.
Perfectly put:
The single-minded goal of most of these federal judges is to preserve the leftist status quo and prevent ANY Conservative laws and change to be implemented.
While the explicit right to bear arms is routinely impaired by judges and legislators nationwide, the imagined right to a certain specific medical procedure must remain unimpeded by any human, for all time and under every circumstance.
