Yes, it's called "juror misconduct."
If they had been reading bbs, nobody would know unless
they told or mentioned it to someone. Then, the cat
would be out of the bag.
New trial would be in order.

Marc Klauss said on LKL show, Brenda told him, she believes
DW was coming after her that night.
She shouldn't flatter herself.
This also goes back to "everything's about Brenda."
It looks like we're in for a flood of innuendos and huge
speculations from the Bren after next week.

There would be a record of their isp's, or on hard drives if it came to that. Of course it won't. I have a wild hope that a juror or two speaks out at the sentencing.

Jurors (usually in big trials) go into seclusion and wait
for some high profile media persons to contact them.
Dateline, etc. and they organize it to get as many jurors
as possible to participate in a sham type interview.

It's just that you don't see too many juror's weeping after delivering a verdict. Unfortunately the last trial I watched was OJ, so I'm out of the loop.
Yes there will be a "media event", I'll try and miss it.

I was traveling when they announced the verdict. Visiting the family of my son's fiance. I just got back tonight. I was appalled that the jury went the easy route. I believe that Westerfield is not guilty. It is sickening.
