B4Ranch: Your ideas were great. My employers demand three things from applicants--a valid ID (driver's license or state ID only), a Social Security card, and a birth certificate. This is legal in my state. All employers do it. And we have virtually no illegals. I'd say that alone helps.

Can you modify our ideas to make your state "Illegal Alien Free"? I don't mean just the Mexicans, I mean every nationality that is here illegally.
