Sound familiar Mr. Broken Record? Yes. You sound just like always resorting to name calling and smearing when you start losing it.

Rights derive logically from man's nature as a reasoning free-willed individual, regardless of how man came to have that nature.by definition, free-will means insanity since the will is completely free of any constraints or influences - including "reason"
Utter rot---provide a source for this preposterous "definition."
Leslie buys several acres of land next to Pat who buys several acres of land next to Shannon's many acres. [...] So a huge fight ensues figuring out whose "rights" gets to survive.
Straw man; when did I ever say that government had no role in settling such disputes?

"California Democrat Dianne Feinstein has also expressed misgivings about Tandy,"
Enough reason for me to like Ms. Tandy.

MrLeroy reserves the right to bring in the jack-booted thugs if his neighbors stench bothers him.Of course---subjecting me to stenches violates my rights, as my property rights include the right to refuse admission to stench-bearing molecules.

Looks like Bush picked a winner. You will know them by the company they keep. Unlike the socialists Nation, Vest and Feinstein that you proudly trump.

BTW freewill occurs 17 times in the KJVI have given up on you. You are too dishonest to have a rational discussion. You just insert "free will" in a passage that denies "the Will of Man" and the "Will of the Flesh". Greek grammar isn't as manipulatable as you wish to do to the English.
Furthermore, the word "freewill" in the KJV is always followed by "offering". Why? Because the two words "freewill offering" are the KJV/NAS translator's English equivalent of the single Hebrew word "nedabah". The existance of voluntary/spontaneous giving is not proof that Romans 9 is a doctrinal aberration.
To: Dr Warmoose
If something is voluntary to someone then they must possess the will to choose.

"Always?" not true.
Ezra 7:13
I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee.
I was neither dishonest nor disingenuous in my attempt to help you understand that passage. My goal is always to help others come to understand the peace of receiving the Christ as savior.

Did you mean this part of Romans 9?
32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;

Bravo, I'm with you! I know medical marijuana works too. I've been able to reduce by more than half the number of medications I was taking before my doctors recommended the evil weed as some here would refer to it. The WOD lovers suck and their day will come when they'll beg forgiveness for having concrete where their heart should be. I can't wait.

Guess I get to see you in the basement... and leave the mouthpiece at home.

Yes, my doctor pretty much gave up on me and said she could not give any more meds and I would have to return for a 3rd round of physical therapy (none has worked to date and it's extremely painful and costly as I'm sure many can attest). I have been trying acupuncture for about a month and it's wonderful. I have to pay out of pocket but I calculated that I am spending only a bit more than the physical therapy co-pay would have cost me. If you've never tried it, I highly suggest finding a licensed practitioner in your area. you may be able to free yourself from the evil weed yet!

"I highly suggest finding a licensed practitioner in your area"Been there, done that. Didn't offer much relief. By the time I would get home, I would be having pain again. My doctor sent me to 3 different acupuncturists. I won't experience any real relief until I have a mulitiple transplant.
You know how they are about those. They keep you miserable while they put their pharmaceutical salesmans kids through college at your expense. When you're near death and you've achieved your target drug sales, you get action.
I'm trying a lot of different therapies and nutritional programs. We even tried massage, waste of time. If I ever have a massage again it will be with some babe who learned her trade at the Mustang ranch. ;)
To: bigfootbob
Sorry you didn't experience any relief. I'm lucky that my pain is muscular in origin and the acupunture is helping.
The doctor wanted to send me to massage and physcial therapy 3x a week for 6 weeks for the 3rd time. Does anyone have a boss that would let you away from the office for that amount of time? Please forward him/her my resume. One "dose" of MJ in the morning helps me function pain free most of the day with minimal haziness. That is compared to taking a 3 to 6 hour cocktail of antispasmatics and pain killers, which makes someone 2x my size a zombie. A zombie in pain most of the time because they don't usually work.
It's also alot less obvious to be high. When you're trying to hang on to your source of medical insurance and maybe even get ahead in the rat race, it's important you don't look like you're on drugs, even if you're prescribed them.
