Free Republic recognizing DUmmieland as a legitimate entity, and an equal to Free Republic,

Good heavens, that will never happen.

I recognize dog crap when I step in it. Generally I scrape it off and go on about my business.

perhaps Jim Robinson of Free Republic and the Grand DUmmie "Skinner" should have a sit-down to discuss ways and means of facilitating this traffic between the two sites

Acutally a sort of 'no mans's land' forum between the two might be fun for a while.

They're right. I won't be happy until a clone of myself is in the office of every Congress member, SCOTUS judge, and of course, the Presidency.

Democratic Underground is more like the left-wing equivalent of Liberty Post. Not sure if there's an equal to FreeRepublic at all.

Where are all these communists?

Apparently... they were at a John Kerry rally!

Freepers, republicans, bush voters, tell me why you're so unhappy! Tell me why you aren't on top of the world! Tell me what's wrong!

1. How would we tell you, since dissent from the pro-socialist/anti-religion line in DUmmieland leads to immediate tombstoning?

2. Feelin' fine, baby! Sure, I'm not happy about current border enforcement, and I want to see abortion on demand ended, but for the most part I'm in a pretty good mood. Why wouldn't I be, when we've made such gains and the opposition is so involved in their hatred that they only believe that it could be the result of vast conspiracies? In other words, we're winning the argument, and the more we win, the less the opposition believes that they're losing the argument! WOOOOOHOOOOO!

and most of the judicial branch (and the ones you don't like, you just hint hint about shooting).

You can't blame the DUmmies for thinking that's what Delay meant. After all, when you dig Che and hate God, when someone says "someday" the judges will have to answer for their crimes, impeachment or Judgement Day aren't on your mind.

Even more, the media seems to have its face firmly in your party's lap.

1. Boy, they sure are. I mean, it's not as if Dan Rather and Mary Mapes are going to win the Peabody Award any time soon.

2. Bouncy Ball, wake up and smelll the coffee. Just because the lead on CNN doesn't describe the President as "Chimpus Khan," that doesn't mean they're right-wingers. It just means they're smarter than you, which seems like not that big a trick.

Do you secretly know your leaders are actually evil little shmucks who don't give a shit about you?

Tom Daschle isn't my leader...

You act like a child who has just stolen another child's toy then spends the next hour screaming about how evil the other child is.

Not true, but I'd like to note that you guys act like somebody who backs the statues quo of killing 1.5 million babies a year, and then talks about how evil anyone who disagrees with it is.

Even when he "won" I didn't see any happiness or celebration.

What, the Inauguration wasn't big enough now? At the time you guys acted like the money we spent on it came from selling tsunami orphans into slavery!

Had Kerry won (ahem), you would have seen me dancing in the streets.

No, I would have averted my eyes. I need them to read.

one Rush quote and you think they're unhappy. In live in DC. I see it. They're happy. Very happy.

Yep, a DUmmie with some sense. Feelin' fine, baby!

I'm already a Christian but they need to f*ck off.

Translation: "Jesus loves you, unless you voted for Bush, in which case He thinks you're a @#$%."

Where are all these communists?

"Communists? We don't have enough real Comunists in this country to fill a soccer stadium!"--Common saying in Romania prior to the Communist takeover, according to Sbina Wurmbrand, martyr, co-founder of Voice of the Martyrs, and author of The Pastor's Wife.

or for that matter, where are all the terrorists?

Yeah, it's not as if there are guys flying airliners into buildings or something.

Persecution is part of their operational attitude. Basically they live in a world of fear, fear in all its manifestations and consequences.

When's the last time Freepers (or any conservatives) trumpeted a sworn affidavitt about being driven off the road by black suburbans after witnessing crucial evidence (a light left on in a storeroom!) of massive election fraud? When's the last time Freepers (or any conservatives) blamed a natural disaster on Democratic party donors and/or voters?

They are metaphysically afraid. They think Jesus will jump out of the closet and "get 'em" for something bad that they have done.

Oh, and that makes me angry that people who share my values are in office...sorry, not seeing it.

They really have a lot of trouble relating to the world, which they see as hostile and threatening.

Yes, yes, it's true! That's why we make jokes about Terri Schiavo and post threads about Barbara Olsen rotting in Hell...oh wait, that's you DUmmies. Never mind.

They cannot BE flexible, because once they start questioning ANYTHING, their whole world starts to crumble and they are back in a condition of metaphysical angst.

Once you start believing this sort of thing is the only reason your opponent would reject your arguments, you have lost. Congratualtions, loser!

Maybe they're jealous Mr. Clinton got some and they haven't gotten laid in a while.

Who's this guy talking about? [written with pronounced twinkle in eye.]

That's why we need to arm ourselves if you aren't.. If they get a chance, and we've all speculated about the catalyst that would give it to them, they would attempt to round us up for mass shootings.

What did you just say? I missed it while I was busy considering the DU wisdom about conservative paranoia.

If you can snipe back at them from a distance, they're less likely to be successful in their attacks.

Isn't it funny how this guy is so paranoid he thinks a huge portion of the electorate is a bunch of closet Nazis who will round the libs up any day now, but he's not paranoid enough to believe that we could call in an airstrike on his house after he pins us down with his pop-gun? Yeah, good thinking there, sparky. Go ahead and arm yourself please. Not only is it your right as a citizen, but that's $4-500 minimum that you won't have to send to NARAL or some Dem candidate.

A lot of *** supporters believe he lost in 2004 (and 2000) and don't want to mention his supposed victory of November.

This DUmmie needs to have his hearing checked--he's apparently lost the ability to hear sarcastic tones, and thought the people he was talking to were serious when they said, "Yeah, Bush stole the election big time, manufacturing an extra 3,500,000 votes was a piece of cake!"

so they are having a hard time reconciling their slavish devotion to a fascist regime.

Slavish devotion? who were the people wanting to keep a President in office after he committed numerous federal crimes? Not us, sparky. Oh, and just a little note: It makes me giggle like a schoolgirl when you guys throw the word "fascist" around like you really know what it means. It's so cute!

Whereas, those that smile, open doors etc., turn out to be Dem's, or at least against what's going on if you pay attention to the remarks they make in passing.

How deep in denial do you have to believe this crap?

Whenever I see someone with a Kerry sticker on his car (and a sad face) I always give them a big smile and a thumbs up as I speed past so they can see my Bush 2000 and my Bush 2004 stickers!

I don't see many Kerry stickers around here anymore. Most of the Kerry backers took them off their cars. But every time I see one I get a HUGE grin on my face!

Well, the DUmmie FUnnies has as its cover-girl the much-decorated-much-bodied DUmmie "Faye"...

It wouldn't surprise me if DUmmie Faye is now trying to work off about 40 lbs of fat in order to look buff for speed_addiction again.

Conservative book publishers tend to look at the market of those interested in "serious" conservative politics, and no further. I get the impression the DUmmie FUnnies book would sell rather well among those NOT especially interested in politics, or only mildly interested--the garage mechanic, the bartendress, the truck driver, the assembly-line worker, the mailman, the seamstress, the grocer, the Vietnamese immigrant, the Nebraska farmer, &c., &c., &c.

BINGO! And this Freeper wins a Kewpie doll for his understanding of book publishing dynamics!

But what is he to do, the whole Democratic asylum is being run by the patients. The elitists have lost all control and the Democratic party is a bunch of loony loose cannons...

Which is what I want the general public to find out via a DUmmie FUnnies book (with CD-ROM insert for the related comix stories).

Of course our good friend Charles Henrickson is away for a couple of weeks, and he would be able to figure out this stuff, but I am wondering if the DUmmie "Faye," the DUmmie "William Pitt," and the DUmmie Andy Stephenson are now operating under new DUmmie aliases, because I haven't seen a whole lot posted by them lately.

And we know for sure the cover-girl, the poster-boy, and the pundit of the DUmmie FUnnies reads the DUmmie FUnnies--and when that book comes out, they're going to demand autographed copies.

I think secondarily, BB was hoping that just one freeper (many, many, many lurk here) would read the post and actually have an epiphany...

Wow, now that is delusional! First, like we really are so angry we're going to have some epiphany and think, "This anger means Bush is evil!" Second, like any Freeper who lurks at DU would think, "I want to be happy like these laid-back, loving DU types!"

Oh, good Lord, they just HAVE to get that shot in on DeLay, for something that he didn't even imply (it was inferred by others who misinterpreted what he was saying).
Geez.

Where is he at? I actually had a non-DUFU question for him. I was wondering what the Lutheran attitude was toward prohibition. The impression is that most of the non-Catholic denominations were strongly in support of prohibition but since so many Lutherans are of German/Scandinavian background where beer drinking is an important activity, would that have meant the Lutherans were against prohibition? Just something I was wondering about.

But we CAN'T HELP noticing you DUmmies because y'all are just so freakin' INSANE!!! We just enjoy watching the train wreck that is DUmmieLand. It's really cheap entertainment.
