Man they just LOVE their "lawsuit card". Why is that with every lib I've ever known, they either threaten legal action, stomp their feet, cuss and call people names or pretend your point/question doesn't exist. They don't have a clue who they're messing with. We ARE the law and order folks and have no intention of doing anything that would even warrent small claims court action. But then, they also believe they lost the election because it was stolen, or their message isn't getting out clearly enough (because EVERYONE would surely agree if they UNDERSTOOD), or...never because their ideas SUCK. Before I started reading DUFUs and then got involved with this, most of the dems I knew were friends and family who at times could be uninformed, arrogant pr*cks, but boy has this been an education. These people are so sick and twisted, they'd scam their grandmother out of her last dime if it suited their purpose.
And we're supposed to be the mean people.

I had a masterpiece--perhaps the finest piece of writing I've ever done, anywhere anytime--a most excellent carefully-crafted, exquisite piece of writing--which doesn't come to me very often (maybe once every 10 years)--an absolute glowing sparkling lustrous masterpiece; a masterful masterpiece.....and then because the comment to which I was responding had been deleted by a moderator (I have no idea why), when I clicked "send".....
Well, that world-class, high-class, masterpiece evaporated, never to be restored again.

CU is for post whores and moderator weenies. You aren't anyone unless you have 1000's of posts or are a mod. I sure am glad FR doesn't put post totals next to my name. FR is a class act. Our mods work completely behind the scenes to moderate. They don't get in the way of discussion, or call people names.
I'd like to know what we actually have. There is a lot of information and a lot of it is vague.
1) We have evidence that the JH cashier checks were cashed.
2) We have conflicting evidence that AS was/wasn't in JH,
per people who said they called and he was there and
Frank's telegram, which was never delivered.
3) We have AS's miraculous surgery and recovery - where
apparently he was singing show tunes from his hospital
bed? (never saw this one) and he is able to call on his
cell phone and almost immediately utilize his laptop
after surgery despite both being banned in hospitals
especially in ICU.
4) We have AS's release and recovery from the operation -
both of which are done in a much shorter time than
anyone else whose ever had an operation can attest to.
5) We have the misleading surgery date - was it supposed
to be on May 10th as AS and surrogates said? Or was it
scheduled for the last week of May as it says on the
posted paperwork? If so, why the push for May 10th
unless it was a push for more money?
6) Why is AS posting right after surgery, and why does he
seem so happy and healthy right after major surgery?
7) What, indeed, is wrong with Andy? Pancreatitis? P.
p. cancer?

Are or was there more than one thread in the Dome? I was reading one but got bored and skipped to the end of it. I did see a very nice post about planting flowers and gardens, though. ;)
Highlight and copy (Ctrl C) right before you hit send, that way it remains on your clipboard and you can paste (Ctrl V) it in a new post. If you hit the back button on the browser it might still be in the compose box, but this doesn't always work.
And the little tibit I discovered in a doccument psoted by AndyScam at CU last night...that in a post at the DUmp at 12:34am on the 27th of April...Scamdy is talking about his surgery scheduled for "May 10th".
But there is a date/time stamp on the doccument that shows Apr. 27th 2:04 PM.
How could Scamdy know 14 hours in advance when his surgery was going to be scheduled much less necessary.
I believe you are correct on your assessment. In that way they are very much like DU, the people they love to make fun of all day long.

I cannot possibly exaggerate how polished, how eloquent, how sparkling--the Wisdom of the Ages, so clearly and prettily stated--how grand, this masterpiece was.
In fact, if Free Republic had had it, Free Republic would have probably put it on the home page, as a glittering example of "excellent posting."
It was beautiful--and a person has the ability to write such a thing only once every ten years in his life.
I cannot tell you how good it was.
Now it is, like the plans of the Andyites.....nothing.
Since Andy is out of the hospital, does anyone know where he is? All I know is the bed is worse than a hospital bed. What a gracious guest! LOL
Were the copies of cashier's checks Andy posted supposed to be the checks or just the carbons? I'm guessing they are just the copies because if the "bloodsuckers" were paid on the 11th, he'd no longer have the check itself? Getting ready to add that thread to the timeline and put the checks on the doc page and don't want to have the wrong info.
