They could even manufacture "proof" that Plame was undercover.Point worth pondering - except that there's too much of a paper trail locating her in the USA for the five years preceeding her "outing." So that doesn't appear to be a possibility in this case.

"Is Valerie Plame the new Deep Throat? I think that happened on the 4th date." From what I recall hearing from Wilson's book, he didn't have to wait that long. Remember, they're liberals. There are no "moral hangups" to get in the way of natural urges and pursuit of personal pleasure.

Help...... could you direct me to any efforts from the left or anyone else to try to muzzle the internet in the near future. I really need to let someone know about this.

Editor's note:
The following is an eye-opening look into New York Times best-selling author Richard Poe's revealing book, "Hillary's Secret War." Whereas Edward Klein's book on the New York senator reveals previously unknown aspects of her personal life, Poe's expose focuses on how Hillary Clinton and the left's "shadow government" have labored to put her and her far-left agenda in the White House by controlling the still-uncensored flow of real news to Americans via the Internet.

Actually, Jim Robinson takes particular interest in threats to First Amendment freedom to blog/post.
So you could do worse than to just find Jim Robinson "in forum" - http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/user-posts?id=1 - and scan his postings. You'll find plenty of threads on the subject. My earlier reference was to a book on the subject, in which JimRob is featured.

In the wake of President Clinton's ethical nightmares, President Bush based his Presidency in part on bringing integrity back. Pursuing that goal, the White House cooperated in the Plame investigation.
But there is an asymmetry here in that the CIA-internal anti-Bush cabal doesn't set itself as high a standard. They send, with impunity, wave after wave of weapons against the White House, which naturally tries to defend itself and repel the attacker, but inevitably gets drawn into infractions.
It is like there is a referee at a football game that will only call penalties on the offense. The defensive team will be able to maneuver that in its favor bigtime.

BTT - for those who haven't seen this very interesting article
There was interest in this article on the Sunday Talk Show thread yesterday and Lucianne mentioned the American Thinker on Tony Snow's show this a.m. Said they had done a lot of great investigating and were continuing to do so.
