Interesting coincidence noteworthy of it's own thread.
On August 16, 2008, the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation tried to take over the grounds of the Iolani Palace. Quentin Kawananakoa is the current claimant to head of Hawaiian kingdom.

Freeper, BigLook lives in Hawaii and says this is not an unusual occurance. The Islanders are pretty familiar with the common occurance of this group and a few others that try to take the palace.
But, what is interesting and the point of the post is Quentin Kawananakoa, claimant to the throne of the Kingdom of Hawaii, went to Punahou School and graduated with Barack Hussein Obama.
Kawananakoa is also the organizer of the Republican Party of Hawaii.

It beggars the imagination to consider what Quintin and his subjects could siphon out of the US coffer if they could just begin to extract proper "restitution" for the decades of "misdeeds" "perpetrated" upon them.
Bill Clinton already set the stage for that.

In 1989, Kawananakoa was charged with third degree possession of cocaine and pleaded guilty.

That is something Barry Obama hasn't yet been able to do, if only because he took his personal confusions and bad feelings about his relationships with his parents and families and converted them into racial victimology.
How has Mr. Kawanankoa dealt with his own life since the cocaine days? That's the question. It's sort of a bad rap to put out half the story -- the cocaine arrest and not follow-up with what he did about about it. It's the follow-up that counts more.
Why, for example, is he now a republican organizer?

I’m confused by the point of your post. Are you trying to say that Quentin Kawananakoa doesn’t claim to be the heir to the throne of Hawaii? Because he does.
As to whether he is the rightful heir, I wouldn’t know.
As to which sovereignty groups in Hawaii support whom for heir, I wouldn’t know either. I didn’t know there was a dispute like this until it hit the news on the 17th.
My point of this post was Quentin Kawananakos claims to be heir, wants Hawaii as sovereign, went to school with Obama, seems to have some Akaka Bill in common with Obama, both seem to have community organization skills in common with change in mind, and a few other things too that I won’t post until I have more proof.
But I don’t see anything posted by me definitively stating Quentin as connected. I would say affiliated; but lawyers love word play and can always remove themselves as directly involved with anything.

Searching around I tried to find anything remotely resembling yearbooks for Punahou but the only pictures available are those that have been released. Reading through the comments it appears that Punahou grads are among the ‘elite’and definitely stick together, but one HI Republican actually recommended that people vote for Quentin as he definitely couldn’t be worse than the corrupt Dems who have been in power for the past 40 years. Maybe Quentin turned his life around after his cocaine bust but he and Bobby Titcomb definitely know each other.

Titcomb dies

James Titcomb said he got out of a few speeding tickets because of the respect police had for his father, Judge Frederick James Kealiimahiai Titcomb.
Judge Titcomb, as he was known for years, died March 10 of congestive heart failure. He was 77.
Titcomb, of Honolulu, served as a District Court judge for 30 years.
He lost an election to Dan Inouye in 1960, appeared in the television show “Hawaii Five-O” and was a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
“Within the judiciary, he was highly respected and well liked by his fellow magistrates, as well as clerks and bailiffs,” said his son James, a Honolulu firefighter. “He was known as a fair and impartial jurist with an uncommon compassion for his fellow man.”
Titcomb came from a colorful line of Chinese-Hawaiian-British ancestry. His great-great-grandfather, Charles Titcomb, came to Hawaii in the mid-1800s from New England. He tried to grow silk, then coffee and finally sugar.
He married into nobility and associated with Kamehameha IV and Queen Emma. He liked the Queen so much he named his Kauai plantation Emmasville.
Titcomb’s mother, Helen Goo, of Hawaiian-Chinese ancestry, married the late William Titcomb. “His mother, we called Puna, was real strict and raised him with traditional Chinese and Hawaiian values, such as a strong work ethic,” James Titcomb said.
Titcomb graduated from St. Louis School and dropped out of Washington State College to enter the Army during World War II. After the war, he graduated, then attended Cornell University, where he met his first wife, Norma. They returned to Hawaii, and Titcomb taught at Roosevelt High School for three years.
He passed the Hawaii state bar exam in 1956 and began his career as a city prosecutor. He won more than 40 consecutive jury convictions.
Hoping for a chance in the 1962 elections when Hawaii would gain a second U.S. Senate seat, Titcomb accepted the Republican Party’s push to run against Sen. Dan Inouye in 1960 for the U.S. House of Representatives. After losing, Titcomb suffered a heart attack, which ended his political aspirations.
He was appointed a district court judge in 1962, all the while pursuing his other love, acting.
Columnist Eddie Sherman once joked, “Hawaii’s best actor is public prosecutor Fred Titcomb.”
Of all the things the public may remember him for, Titcomb’s children will remember him for his “sense of family.”
Titcomb is survived by his wife, Marcia; other sons William and Robert; daughters Dr. Carol Hartley and Laura Goode; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandson, and former wife Norma. Call: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Service: 7:30 p.m. Private burial. Aloha attire. No flowers.

Apparently he does not seek restoration of the monarchy or separation from the U.S.. I say this because he has served in Hawaii’s House of Representatives, and so must have taken an oath to uphold both the Constitution of the U.S. and that of Hawaii. Additionally, in 2006 he (unsuccessfully) sought the Republican nomination for a seat in the U.S. House; had he been elected, he would have had to take another such oath.
Oaths only mean something if someone has integrity. We have nothing to base that on.
Quentin Kawananakoa is the one that was in school, same class, as Barack Obama.
