As when, for example, the Indians drove tens of thousands of Bison over cliffs into Buffalo jumps? Their Gaian devotions must have been quite pithy indeed on those occasions. Or maybe when Indians burned down whole forests to improve the quality of future hunts? This is what happens when your whole exposure to aboriginal Americans comes from a fifteen second scene in last of the Mohicans, I guess.

Apparently the meat-eaters on this DUmmie thread have even less idea of what goes on in a feed lot or in an abattoir than they do American Indian ecological practices. Oy. Do we really have to let these dimwits vote?

My wife is actually a little like Sarah. She a 43 year old mother who loves hunting, fishing, camping, or anything to do with the outdoors.

We are both lifelong shooters. On her first birthday after our wedding, my father's gift to her was- another pistol. For our 20th wedding anniversary last fall my family gave us a cruise to Mexico. She looked just as good in her bikini in Mexico as she did this summer in jeans and a scruffy shirt while we were fishing.

We are fortunate to live on some land that is still far enough out in the country to have our own shooting range. It is but a few dozen yards outside the backdoor. We load all our own ammo (I have never counted but am certain it amounts to thousands of rounds per year). She is a very good shot, better than I am. And if someone every attacked her family with all these slanders, the way the liberals are attacking Sarah's, there is a chance that they might just find out how good of a shot she is!
