Wow, you are not very good with nuance are you.

It says they have Obama’s original BC on file.

It does not state whether it is a Hawaii BC. It also doesn't state whether there has been an amendment attached. Which all states will do.
An amendment might show an adoption and/or a filing of an approval to make him a “naturalized citizen”.

I am not going to go into more detail about what an adoption and him moving to Indonesia would do to his citizenship, nor will I explain how Hawaii would file something other than a HAWAII BC.

You need to do the work and go back over the endless threads about this topic.

Hawaii is an ultra liberal state. I lived there for many years. It comes of no surprise to me that a govt. official there and also the press would state that this matter is closed because of one vague statement by someone.

He NEEDS TO PROVE HIS ELIGABILITY!!!

If you don't want our country to still abide by the Constitution then fine. Butt out.

Many of us want proof. Not deception and vague statements.

Oh, and one other thing.

You said the verdict was in.

You showed me no verdict in your response. Just some media story and a vague statement by a liberal govt. official.

That is not a “verdict”.

This is easy to prove. He won’t and can’t do it.

If you can’t see through that then maybe you should step back and let the non-koolaid drinkers handle this.

When the electors meet, the clerk of the Senate will ask Obama for proof of citizenship; Pres. Bush offered his passport and likely Obama will do the same whether that document was obtained legally or fraudulantly will not be disputed at that point.

BO may not want to share his BC with the public because of information of paternity or other personal info such as religion which appears on BC’s of some States.

The only person with standing who would stand a chance of requiring a birth certificate would be John McCain who would have to sue; the chance of that happening is nil.

Beyond that, even if we later found that BO was born in Kenya, the only removal method from office would be impeachment; the chance of that happening is also nil.

Why is it that all the people that sign up post-election jump onto the barry fraudulent birth certificate issue and try and spread the word to kabash the idea of challenging the man’s eligibility?

Don't know. Can't speak for anyone else. But I've been here since well before the election, and the birth certificate issue is so pathetic, so transparently desperate, that it calls out to be challenged.

Clinging to this issue indicates how much trouble the conservative movement is in. We can win on the issues, but only if we refuse to be distracted by such silliness.

Gee thanks, highball, with FRiends like you, who needs enemies.

From your homepage:

“”Sorry, John. I really did want to give you a chance. But my vote isn’t guaranteed to anyone just based on his party. It must be earned, and you haven’t even come close.
I’ll support the down-ticket conservatives. But I’m leaving the top slot blank. Hey, GOP primary voters - next time, nominate a conservative.””

It is people like you that have just placed the most radical leftist this country has ever known into office. Your pouting over our flawed candidate that emerged to represent us led you to swallow the foul stench of marxism and sit on your perfect Conservative hands.

I guess that is fine if you have one foot in the grave and have no children or grandchildren to be concerned about. Too bad your love of Conservatism supercedes your love of country.

Hopefully, your disregard for America will not haunt you through eternity as you watch our country capitulate to leftist disgust.

Nonsense.

Perhaps you didn’t recognize the flag in the corner. I live in the Empire State. My non-vote for McCain didn’t do anything for Obama - he was going to win our electoral votes anyway. In this royal blue state, I was in the unique position of being able to cast a moral vote without actually helping the Dem. So no, I didn’t do anything to put Obama in office.

Besides, I will always stand by my principles, and that means I won’t vote for a man who has shown himself to have none. McCain is the worst kind of craven politician, willing to bend in any direction if he thinks it’ll get him a vote. Just because he’s mouthing the right things today doesn’t erase his history, nor does it mean that he would be a conservative in office.

So no, McCain never earned my vote, and as I said on my page, I really hope that Republican primary voters decide to nominate a conservative next time.

Carefully read your source/link.

Nowhere in that article does it say Obama was NOT born in Kenya or WAS born in Hawaii.

All it says is the two (dhimmicrat) state workers have “seen” the document.

It also doesn't reference parentage.

I have no idea why you are replying to me with your post. I don’t want to be lumped in with highball.

I agree with you. The article does not say he was born in Hawaii or not in Kenya.

If I said anything to make you feel otherwise then I missed up or you misread.

I did understand what was being said in the article and WHAT WAS NOT.

Just had to clear up my name. I don’t want to be tied to the koolaid drinking trolls.

Chill out!

I responded to his post #100. Whenever I respond to a post I provide both referenced FReepers as a courtesy.

He was responding to you, so I included you so that you would know that I too was strongly disagreeing with his negativity. I wasn’t lumping you in with anybody.

I have added you to my “Don’t Respond” list and you will never receive another post from me.

I was chilled out. Please read again.

I was confirming my agreement with you.

So you get upset when someone states their opinion and also agrees with you?

It is your prerogative if you don't want to respond to me. I never told you not to.

How am I supposed to know what you meant by replying to me in the manner you did? Can't read your mind.
