In effect, it was sidetracked. And had cort not driven there and got it in their hands it would not be filed in time for the conferance on Friday when they review Donofrio’s case.
I fully agree that it would be appropriate to do that. However the very mechanism to do that, the courts, are what they have perverted for their own uses. In 2000 the FL Supreme Court was right on board for the coup de etat. The SCOTUS did the right thing then, along with FL Sec State Katherine Harris, and short circuited the attempt.
We shall see if the SCOTUS does the right thing this time or whether it even matters if they do.

I admire your passion but please reconsider. The IRS doesn’t care, it just wants your money. And just like credit card companies, the IRS charges really nasty late fees.
Anything attempted to be filed early this week was not going to conference on this Friday. If it is a matter requiring immediate attention, it won’t be held until the next regularly scheduled conference. When the Court needs to act in a hurry, they can do it.

Donofrio said Cort’s case was to be used with his...and this caused him to go off the deep end when someone sent it to the anthrax lab..it is also why Cort drove all the way to DC to get it filed.

Any delay the clerk can create at this time with the limited framework we have is a delay we cannot afford to have, and a delay that we cannot accept with a shrug...IMO.

It was going to take NINE DAYS to go through the anthrax check. They were attempting to sidetrack it but didn’t count on Donofrio checking up on it and personally delivering the copies.
