"Update on the congressman that raised his hand
I was told that more then one person raised their hands, but Cheney never called on them. I got this message below, that one of them might be Steven C LaTourette of Ohio. I hope patriots from Ohio can call his office on Monday and verify and schedule a meeting.
I dont know who this is, but the minute I saw it, I thought of Steven C. LaTourette. He is a Representative from Ohio."
It looks like he raised his hand alright. I guess even Congressmen can’t question the ascendancy of ‘the one’.
I wonder if Steven C. LaTourette had laryngitis that day?
It adds to the slime factor and questionable circumstances surrounding his entire young Presidency. It will be an interesting historical footnote someday as well. I doubt it will affect the current state of affairs much.
I take it he was one of the multiple people who raised their hands out of camera view. Is there any follow up to that?
Apparently no one took this course of action.
PING!
No reason why he should. By law objections to the count for a specific state are submitted in writing and must be signed by one Senator and one Congressman. They are not announced on the floor during or after the vote count. If LaTourette objected which Senator signed on with him? And when did they submit that objection?
He could question it. In writing. Along with a Senator. Did he object in writing and which Senator joined him?

Didn’t I read on Free Republic about the certification of the Electoral College Vote, that any objections had to be submitted in writing, if they were going to be considered? Just thought I remembered reading that, here...
Didn’t a whole bunch of representatives voice their objections at the vote count with Al Gore as VP? I think I remember there was a long line of them speaking up, even though no senator singed their written objections.
Of course not but please don't discourage them. These conspiracy threads are incredibly entertaining!
great one liner on post #3 trumandogz lol
Thanks for the ping! A friend sent me this article below which goes into detail about this Congressman.
Congressman Steven LaTourette Raised His Hand During The EC Count.

I hope Ohio Freepers will contact him and praise him for attempting to raise a question. I did, even though I do not live in Ohio. Any Freepers wanting to know how to contact members of Congress outside your district, just freepmail me and I will tell you my trick to get your emails through to them. Most do not accept emails from folks outside their district.
we will acheive nothing but complicity if we dont stand up.
there are only 40 some lawsuits in a nation of millions.
where is everyone? I believe there are only 2-300,000 in our country that care. the rest dont know and dont want to know.
If we dont start organizing in person within the next few months it wont matter any longer. We have already been silenced.
