Many of you have asked for a central location to stay up to date with state sovereignty bills. While the idea of centralizing information and/or control over a movement of this kind seems to fly in the face of the principles of decentralization that the Tenth Amendment Center stands for, we have gladly succumbed to popular demand with this informational post.
Well do our best to keep this post updated when new bills are introduced. If you feel something is missing from the list, please dont hesitate to contact us to let us know. Its essential that people on the front lines in the individual states drive these efforts.

Ok. So which one of these has actually been passed and signed into law? Or are they just “Concurrent Resolutions” without effect, and/or tabled into committee never to be seen again?

Dunno, I haven’t dived too much into the resolutions.

Well done BGHater. This is going to be a rascal to organize! FYI, TenthAmendmentChampion took it upon herself last night to begin a "
Thread of Threads" if you will. A place where all the threads relating to 10th Amendment and additional articles can be assembled as a resource in one location. A good place to gather threads that may not make the ping list, but contribute additional insights nonetheless.
It's going to become increasingly difficult to keep up with what the states are doing as more and more throw down on the feral government. And trying to construct any semblence of order out of the chaos on a site like FR will be a booger but I think we're up to the challenge.

Friend and I were talking today at work. We’re both the same age and we’re both starting to think that within our lifetime we’ll see some states leave the union. Some of the flyover states. Oklahoma will be one of those.

Were both the same age and were both starting to think that within our lifetime well see some states leave the union. Some of the flyover states. Oklahoma will be one of those. Would that I had access to your crystal ball ;^)
Me, I don't have a clue. Our country has been heading in the wrong direction at an increasing rate for so long I was beginning to wonder if anything could slow it down or stop it. The States may in fact be our last and best hope. What will happen if within the next year or two there's a showdown between some of the States and the federales? The landscape could change so much over the next few years, I don't know if anybody will be able to call this one in advance -- even with a crystal ball...

What would happen if a handful of fly over states just decided to be a separate union. Paying no federal taxes. None, nada. If they sent a letter to the Obamanation saying "we're out of here. If we decide we need any of your services, we'll negotiate a fee for purchase agreement at that time."
