Denver, CO—Capitalism is the best thing that has ever happened to any country in world history. It is responsible for creating America, the greatest country in the world—a country that produces more than any other. The individuals that drive that production are even more remarkable.
I consider myself lucky to even know a fraction of those individuals that drive America—those that believe and choose to participate in the capitalist system. Americans that make this country great by exercising their God given right to firmly grasp the concepts of capitalism.

This word “Capitalism” really fails to describe what is going down. America isn’t capitalist, it’s free.
A free people excel at all they do because they do it by choice. When the choice disappears, the excellence goes with it. Karl Marx coined the term Capitalism in derrision, because he hated freedom. Why use his word?

Why use his word?Probably because those that would participate would likely bow out because of fears they have at work if the term liberty was used or freedom. Although, your point is well made.

The article is not THAT long....and is well worth reading every word. Tnanks for posting it.
The Shrew is also a very generous man. As "Bahama Mama" I organized the famous freeper fund-raising Caribbean cruises. Tim was always there with donations of gift packages of exotic spices for us to use as table prizes.
Kudos to one of our own who exemplifies the American entrepeneurial spirit.
