If Mr. Doom & Gloom has practiced what he preached, then he missed out on the greatest secular bull market of all time.
Slam Zero for deficits, his business is selling Furniture to upper-end Southern Families.
He is behind on rent and said he hopes business will pick up.
I told him are you nuts, Your customers are the ones Zero is going to get the money from on all this spending and they are not going to buy.
Add to this the thread of escalating war in the Middle East (Iran, Pakistan and/or Israel), the thread of a pandemic, and the massive corruption in our government.
We live in interesting times.
The real doom and gloom we are seeing now didn’t just happen. It has been in development for many years - some would say it was all engineered to bring us to our economic knees...
Exactly. The higher the taxes, the less discretionary income to buy things that are not deemed essential.
Worst may be yet to come (Economy)

Wow that is just wonderful that you realized that. I am now the grandma lol and I remembered that lesson from my own grandparents and we do not owe a single dime on our home, vehicles, anything but then again we do not have all the latest fancy things but we have peace of mind and 10 acres, supplies for a :) rainy day. Good for you!!!
Can’t argue with that.
