Were the Obama birth announcements tinkered with? (The microfiche version of photoshopping?)
After looking at the birth announcement closely, I found something rather unusual. I copied the two names from the birth announcement listing on the right to the one on the left. Look at the lower case "r" in Richard and the lower case "i" in Wright.
The letters in the Obama Sr. name appear to line up perfectly. However, the Richard Wright (just above Obama's listing has some issues. The letters don't line up exactly like Obama's. Why would this happen? Copy and Past?

That's arguing the law instead of the facts. Two problems:
The NBC requirement was added to prevent influential foreign-born usurpers from carpet-bagging their way into the White House. E.g., the likes of Maximilian I of Mexico. Born and raised in the US is and ought to be perfectly fine.
One could make the same observation about the main house. Unfortunately, the folks who owned it in 1961 are no longer with us. A search of building permits might be interesting, however.

Okay, if I were to go down this track for discussion, I see some problems here, in a “real world sense”...
Let’s say that the real issue is, exactly as you say, that Obama’s father is a Kenyan. I assume that this fact is not in dispute and is common knowledge. At least it seems that way to me.
And let’s say that this means that Obama cannot be a natural born citizen, because of that.
NOW... here is the *problem*...
It’s dealing with facts that are not in dispute as to who his father is, thus, it’s extremely simple to get a candidate like that dismissed from an election on the basis of known and undisputed facts.
The problem is that since it has not happened in a real court, in real life — then there is something wrong with the logic, or it would have happened — that is — if it is so easy to understand and comprehend.
I would say that the fact that this has not gone *anywhere* in any court and not been successful in accomplishing anything — is all the evidence that one needs to show that it’s not valid — at least not with the courts, it’s not... LOL...
However, I do agree it seems to be “valid” in the minds of many who frequent the threads dealing with this issue. The problem is that they don’t count (as far as getting something “judicially done”) and the only ones that count (in that regard) are the courts and the judges who hear cases like this.

Of course, that still doesn't say whether they were married at the time of BHO's birth. Only that they got married at some point. Also, I believe divorce paperwork has been found.

I see, you're one of those "the Constitution is a living, breathing document" people, so the words "natural born citizen" don't really mean "natural born citizen". As you say: "Born and raised in the US is and ought to be perfectly fine."
Sorry, but I have no use for that kind of thinking. The plain meaning of words in the Constitution ought not to be misconstrued! If Obama doesn't meet the qualifications stated in the Constitution, it's not up to us to say "Oh, it's OK - he was born in the US so that's good enough." That is un-Constitutional, and a trap that conservatives should never fall into. If we don't insist on strict adherence to the plain meaning of "natural born citizen" then we give liberals the license to interpret every other part of the Constitution however they please.

There would be no reason to get divorced unless you were married. And no reason to falsify the date of the marriage, either.
yeah and his mom fibbed to obama (or he did)as she left for washington in august 1961 and obama sr didnt leave hawaii till summer 1962 unlike what jr wrote in his book...ann obama was listed in 2 phone directories in 61-62 washington as Mrs...not mr and mrs....
ok amend the constitution then...President & vp are the only offices requiring NBC..is that too much to ask in a Nation of 300million people to find a qualified NBC for President?
I think its possible obama sr dumped ann at end of school year 1961(maybe he even went to Africa for the summer) and she might have taken a room/cabin with the UH professor and his wife who felt sorry for her? She moved to Washington 3 weeks after the birth (most likely without her husband).
The courts pretty much agree NBC == citizen from birth. Which would cover both Obama and McCain.
So, yes, it would seem another amendment is needed. To clear up what NBC means and also solve the anchor baby problem.
I think you’ve purposely ignored the partial lettering mistakenly left above the listing of the Obama’s on the right hand copy and the uneven spacing of the Obama entry added into the image on the left after scrubbing what was there before the counterfeiting.
The young doctor and his wife who had twins in the same day time frame as Stanley is reported to have had Barry may have been living at the address then moved. The address may have been left in the microfiche and the name removed and replaced by the obama names. But you keep trying to sow that doubt you’re instructed to share with us at FR. It is amusing.

To be suddenly pregnant four months after her graduation is certainly out of character. That her choice would be a black man is also strange. Her early childhood is from segregationist Kansas -- followed by her middle school and high school years were on Mercer Island -- where the 1950 census counted about 5,000 people, almost all white. Regardless of Obama Sr's "charm," he certainly would not be the first choice for a boyfriend given her background in white communities. Remember this was 1960 when 22 states still banned interracial marriage and even in Washington State, a black-white relationship would cause people to walk across the street.

So Box and others were stunned when Dunham wrote them to say she'd married the University of Hawaii's first African student, a Kenyan named Barack Obama. She gave birth to Barack Obama Jr. in August 1961. "We could see Stanley, with her good grades and intelligence, going to college, but not marrying and having a baby right away," said Box, a retired teacher in Bellevue. "I can't think of anything she said or did that would lead to such a radical thing. At that time, you practically crossed the street if you saw a black man and a white woman. After only four months away from the white environment of Mercer Island with no romantic experience, she has conceived a mulatto child.
Has anyone tried to get in touch with the twins? or anyone in that family?
How would it be determined if the birth announcements are forged docs? Who released them? Who discovered them at the library?
Why hasn’t anyone tried to find the original news papers? Wouldn’t that be a valuable newspaper if it showed that the digital birth announcement was forged? Is there a way to determine who had access to alter the microfiche?
They look like forged birth announcements which were placed 10 days after the home owners death. Hawaii is more like a 3rd World country with their lack of any paper trail for Obama.
Ok someone went to a lot of time and trouble to spell out the situation we are in, they left out the challenge as to the COLB, Draft card and the fact that Obama tends to lie.
