July and August have not been good months for the Democrat Party or the White House. Public opinion, nationwide, has turned against the Democrat's proposed health care reform legislation, violence in Afghanistan has risen, job losses continue to mount and just Saturday one of the Presidents close advisers was forced to resign. Just when the President thought things couldn't get worse, he now knows that even his home State of Illinois has turned against his Health Care plan and economic policies.
A Chicago Tribune poll conducted of 700 registered voters over the last four days of August showed some troubling signs for the President in his home state...

Keep up the “Alinsky” method of resistance to Bambi.
gotta love it!
BHO has both his base and swing voters angry at him.
Obeme’s worst fears came true. The Congress couldnt shove hard enough or fast enough to get this abomination passed before Americans started reading it.
Now that Americans can read it , most of us admit we cannot decipher all of it, but the part we CAN decipher is bad anough.
This bill is an Obamanation and needs to be scrapped and started again as a whole and printed and written so an American with a High school education can read and understand it. About 200 pages is plenty, if spoken clearly and without hidden agenda’s.
I disagree, as the Government should have absolutely no role in shaping Health Care.
I’m not so sure. The more speeches he gives, the fewer people actually watch. Every time he gives a speech, his poll numbers dip a bit more.
Tuesday’s night speech...
If anyone watches it.
Chicago is the stronghold of union thugs, minority victims, welfare leeches, limousine liberals, the Irish Mafia, over-educated academia, corrupt lawyers, illegal immigrants and ferret-like "community organizers".
In other words, true believers in the Obama Orwellian cult of personality.
You mean there's actually hope in our People's Republic?
Actually, once you get away from Cook Co., it's overall a fairly conservative state on the whole (sorta like CA outside SF and LA)
This is how stupid he is:
On Wednesday he will dive right into the cesspool of the sitting United States Congress, further associating himself and his “health care reform” with the group that is the most widely despised and considered the most responsible for this debacle.
This association will instantly reaffirm and cement America’s disgust and revulsion for the entire enterprise of “health care reform.”
Predictably, Zer0 still thinks it’s all about him and that he alone can bull this thing through with his personal awesomeness and magnificence.
What a dope he is.
>>>> Not really Rose... he cannot do anymore than repeat the lies he has told before... everything he says can be discredited with facts and his own bill <<<<<
The United States Congress has zero credibility with the American public on “health care reform,” and an increasing number of issues.
The absolute beauty of this Wednesday speech is that Zer0 will thereafter be directly linked with the liars, thieves, and sociopaths on Capitol Hill.
This little “vacation” of his was the kind of retreat I know he uses to ask for new instructions, new orders to follow and new paths. Obama the silver fish never admits, avoids and could care less about the birth cirtificate because he was told he would rule the world and not America.
Progressism is like a homosexual molesting rapist. Molest around, and, then, when nearly caught because the happy American reveler realizes the danger incoming, he retracts and will even deny his homosexuality, until another time when such behavior becomes “politicaly and socialy accepted”.
Ah, I see that you've been there!
I think the notion that Barack Obama will not be renominated in 2012 now has to be seriously considered.
So where do the Democrats go? Hillary?
He already is... this will be prime time affirmation of his communist credentials.
Sorry, but I don’t, and I believe I speak for a majority of Americans, want a health care bill at all, no matter how few pages it has. What is needed is tort reform and competition across state lines for insurance companies, these two things would lower cost significantly on health care. As for the health care itself, the less government we have in it the better it will be. Kill the Bill and bury it.
While Obama’s IL approval ratings have slipped, he will still carry IL without any sweat in 2012.
Maybe he should start over, give a speech like he did in Germany, free rock concert and beer on the mall in D.C. with the Washington monument in the back ground.
At this point, she may appear to be the lesser of two evils as a Democrat candidate in '12. But when it comes to Marxism (or whatever 'ism' you want to call it), her approach may be more trojan horse compared to Obama's bull-in-a-china-shop.
She's still Hillary Clinton, which means I still don't trust her.
A democrat presidential primary season in 2012 with a re-match of Hussein and Hillary would be entertaining beyond belief.
If these two Marxists go toe to toe again, I’m going to seriously consider going into the popcorn business.
Almost certainly Hillary.
In fact, it will be surprising if she’s still the SECSTATE after 2010 or so.
this will be his undoing - ego is a powerful force
I’m not sure it’s Obummer’s HEALTH NEGLECT
bill that people have turned against. Based on the
company he keeps and his actions, we now have a context
by which to understand what his words really mean.
We’ve had just enough ANTI-TALKSIN to become immune
his “pretty talk”.
Obummer’s dirty deeds cancel out his white washed words.

Pride goeth BEFORE destruction and a haughty spirit BEFORE a fall.
I was on the “front lines” in 1980 and I can honestly say I have never seen the conservatives more organized, educated, and savvy than I am seeing today.
In 1980, the press hated Reagan and made fun of him but at least there was some attempt to have balance. And people trusted them more.
Today, the press has become like a bad accident to the American folks. You know it’s bad but you have to look now and then to see how bad it truly is
Chicago is 85%. mind boggling.
The best things that happened for Reagan:
1. Jimmy Carter and the misery index.
2. The Iranian Embassy hostage crises.
3. The question he asked during his campaign...
“Are you better off today than you were four years ago?”
[... I have never seen the conservatives more organized, educated, and savvy than I am seeing today...]
1. They thought by now the sheeple would be illiterate, thanks to public education.
2. They never factored in the internet. Knowledge is power.
3. They are arrogant, elitists who’s foul stench can be sensed the moment they enter the room.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Chicago suburb of Oak Park....also the home of Ernest Hemingway and Frank Lloyd Wright.
Having served as an elected person from Du Page County (GOP suburban county adjacent to Cook County and home of the late, great Cong. Henry Hyde), and being an observant person, I ought to know about the Windy City and its culture of corruptness, LOL.

Yes, I should have said “even more so.”
Where is it safer to live now? On the streets of Baghdad or on the streets of Obama's old 'hood where so many innocent people--including little children--have been gunned down by men who hardly fit the profile of white supremacists.
Heck, over 25 years when I was a EEO counselor, a black male co-worker (who happened to be a very dear friend) told me that when he went to visit someone on the South side of Chicago, he couldn't wait to get out of there because, and I quote HIS words:
"those n-----s sooner kill you as look at you!"
Since then things in that part of Chicago have only gotten uglier, and, quoting my friend again: "God doesn't like ugly". Unforunately, it has gotten way too politically incorrect to remind people like Van Jones and his sycophants that UGLY has no color!
my favorite book of the Bible
Excellent post. In fact, I’m borrowing a few words for a new tagline. I like to keep changing it....and this is a good one!
We shall see what kind of mental health he provides himself with. Him trying to turn this country into some Lego doll puppet re-enactment of his self-flattery is not so cute. I don’t want to be his “Robot Chicken” clay entertainment.
Oh, if only we let him play who let himself be plaid with, we’d be all successful like him. (sarc off)
Yes, and then some. There’s only one Michael Jackson and liberal life is never like it. Obama is behaving like a winner of the lottery.
In that liberal lottery where votes are counted by criminals, it seems that they are ready to admit now to rigging it all in the name of self-defense, when it is the very game they wanted in the first place. Darwinism and gambling look alike by the day. Interesting they call capitalists a bunch of market gamblers when they are the ones shaping the rules to enrich themselves with such strange games devoid of reality.
Only one puppet can utter the claim “I won”, and the rest accept death, thinking they too will get a chance. Ah! This is Union idiot mentality for you.
Sure, “don’t we dare look at neighborhoods of dysfunction threatening good ones.”
I have a message for these “offended types”. Pull me on a threat like that and it’s on. Don’t criticize? MAke me not criticize, and then some. There are cog wheels and “media sports” at work over which none have any control. Let us see how proud they will be tonight when those grind their souls and bodies.
[... I dont want to be his Robot Chicken clay entertainment...]
Barack! Barack! Buk! Buk! Buk! Barack!!!
Sorry. Couldn’t resist.
