NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE

Rep. Lawrence Rappaport, and his wife (Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.

His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.

Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.

I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”

Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.

It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.

Take that racist crap somewhere else. We are tired of you SOB’s playing the race card.

Wow. ok. yes sir! You sure told me. So sorry to have offended you. I thought I had logged on to the DU instead. My bad. Please don't call the kitties, they scare me.

It really was all my fault. I thought that no one would be that ... well, I thought that the "/sarc" tag was unnecessary. Live and learn.

Thou art forgiven. Many of us are seeing very red about this situation. The missing ingredient is leadership from the Republicans.

Eligibility is grave Constitutional issue. Todate, not one Republican elected official anywhere, except this fellow in NH, has brought it up. My fear is that the confusion sown by Team Obama (i.e., Native born=Natural Born, COLB=BC,) will simply see it swept under yet another official rug.

I’m not sure about the Judge. She was approved by the Senate.

I hear ya. It just seems to me that, since she was nominated by him, her nomination should be nullified along with everything else that hits the Round File if he is discovered to be ineligible.

It is not that I disagree....every “major” act by a hypothetical POTUS ruled ineligible should be negated. Should such a hypothetical event occur, it could prove chaotic. Every general officer of the military picked during his/her administration would have to be negated because they are appointed by the POTUS. Every regular military officer, during that admin, with the rank of Major and above would have to be negated because they were approved by the POTUS. I guess the successor would have to issue some blanket approval of the deposed POTUS’s appointments.

"Legislator takes eligibility question to election officials 'I expect somebody to come up with answers; so far that hasn't happened'

September 15, 2009

New Hampshire State Rep. Laurence Rappaport, R-Colebrook, is tired of telling his constituents that he's not sure of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president.

So late last week, Rappaport says, he met with New Hampshire's secretary of state, William Gardner, who oversees the state's elections, to demand answers. Rappaport took with him a pair of allegedly genuine, Kenyan birth certificates that declare Obama was born in Africa, and not in the U.S., as has been widely reported.

...

"Regardless of where he was born, is he a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution? I don't know the answer to that," Rappaport said. "My understanding is that … a natural born citizen had to be someone with two American parents. If that's true, his father was a Kenyan and therefore a British subject at the time. Then there's the issue: If he was born out of the country, was his mother old enough at the time to confer citizenship?

"I expect somebody to come up with the legal answers to this," Rappaport told WND, "and so far that hasn't happened."

"There's been virtually nothing released regarding [Obama's] school records or his birth records, and the thing that bothers me is that I think as a citizen of the United States, we have the right to know that," Rappaport said. "So far I haven't gotten answers to any of those questions, and my constituents haven't either. We feel we need to know this."

Rappaport clarified that the Kenyan birth certificates he found online – one with a footprint, one without – aren't necessarily reliable, as they haven't been verified by experts, and Rappaport doesn't claim to be an expert. He said he merely presented them to Gardner because online images are all the proof he has of Obama's birth, whether in the U.S. or in Africa. ... "
