Because of the apparent scale of the coverup here, I am beginning to think the tinfoil hat crowd are not as crazy as some think. I cannot understand why most of the Pubbies are so silent on this. In that she is doing the frontal approach that is necessary to expose the judiciary protection racket, I think she's okay. But her lack of emotional discipline is stripping away her gains by making her histrionics the focus, rather than her court results. In this, she's playing right into the governments hands, by diverting attention away from the legal inconsistancies she's uncovering. It's very frustrating to watch her keep messing up her own legitimacy, and empowering her own dismissals.

Otherwise! There was no evidence that W was not constitutionally qualified to hold the office of President. Obozo by his own actions indicates that there is great doubt that he is. When the truth is finally know about him, there will be a lot of collateral damage. The protective cover for him is so enormous, that it begs for the enormous answer.

Again, focus more on his POLICIES. Perhaps the reason we're not see a resolution to this issue is that the Democrats WANT you to chase your tails and waste your energy on this issue, rather than prevent their agenda from being implemented. Did you stop to consider that for a moment?

So tell me, what exactly does the Constitution say should happen in this case, pray tell? Have ya'll thought that far ahead yet? Lemme give you a little food for thought:

The whole BC issue was brought up well before the election. The American people didn't care, and a majority voted for him. It sucks, but they did.

The Electoral College (i.e., the states) OFFICALLY elected him in December. Congress validated the results. One procedural issue was that one Senator and one Representative COULD have challenged the results. No such challenge occured.

Even Chief Justice Roberts has determined that there is no legal standing for any of this.

Like I said, chasing your own tails.
