This isn't helping people in the USA:

WHO Chief Promises H1N1 Vaccines for Poorer Nations

"The United States, Britain, France, Australia and five other nations pledged to make 10 percent of their vaccine supply available to other countries in need."
.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights

Here's a bunny with a pancake on its head:

So what?

That bunny and "executive orders" have equal powers to suspend the Constitution.

Nobody wants to make vaccines anymore, because of all the litigation. There isn’t that much profit on something like that to begin with, factor in the litigation, and the result is a sorely needed medicine that nobody wants to make. So on the one hand, while the government allows a unique lawsuit and strict product liability environment, it offers protection, sort of, to the companies they can cajole into manufacturing the vaccines. THAT is why there is a “shortage”. Only in America.

“”President Obama has wagged the dog today; but why?””

For practice.....you never know when a “real” national emergency might come in handy.

The flu peaks in January - March. There are more cases already than in a typical peak (http://cdc.gov/h1n1flu/updates/us/#iligraph). Take a look at the typical week 40-50 in past years and see where we are now. Pretty sobering.

According to the CDC, swine flu infections have already peaked, and the pandemic is on its way out.

I call BS. Show me where the cdc&p has posted this gem.

Absolutely untrue that the CDC has declared that H1N1 infections have peaked. This is a false and baseless assertion with nothing to back it up, which is the way millions of web sites operate.

It's really important to do a modicum of research when iffy web sites make iffy claims.

Here's the link to the CDC status page regarding H1N1:

To take something that doesn’t belong to him, of course. That’s what thugs do.

I notice there was no need to superimpose a snout on Waxman - he’s already got one.
