There is no violence and hate, it’s all generated by the leftists themselves.
Anyone else notice the implied resemblance?
Very similar. I also noticed that the depicted crowd is dessed for cold weather. It looks like the artist has abandoned Global Warming.
And this little weapon, WTF does it imply?
*sigh* I remember reading Marvel Comics as a kid. They were the best.
Stan Lee has lost his friggin’ mind. Screw Marvel, I hope they go broke.
No they can't. To a Commielib the very existence of a victorious figure that disagrees with them is the same as bringing up the fall of Jerusalem in 1100 to Osama bin Laden. It is a direct challenge to the sovereignty of their god and is seen as a blasphemy against their religion.
This is all the more reason to use this to tweak them. I for one have begun referring to the anti tax protesters as "Abolitionists" because the tax code is the modern equivalent of slavery and it really annoys the Obama worshipers.
I was wondering about that myself.
Fantasy of the “artist’s” idea of what an assault rifle looks like?
When is mac daddy going to do the same?
NUNTI SAI
Col. West is my new Capt. America!
According to the 'rats at Marvel, Tea Party members are racists bordering on terrorists, who must be crushed by the noble patriotic Statists.
(BTW, I've posted a big chunk of my next novel on my website. About the first 1/3.)
“Watchdogs” ~~ “Oathkeepers”?
Leftists have to politicize everything, its what they are.
I never liked comics except for Classics Illustrated.
Those comic guys they make the movies from today are almost all professed rabid progressives.
The more the Statists whine & snivel, the more Tea Party members accumulate ;-)
marvel has been pro liberal for a while. I’m surprised they didn’t make more of it by having the “racist groups” kill the Falcon. The cover could have been a shadowy image of the Falcon, beaten, bleeding, and drooping away from captain america’s arms. They could have titled it “Death of a Dream” issue of 1 of 4. They could have sold dozens of copies!
Maybe in a future issue of Fantastic Four, they can have Reed Richards and Ben Grimm infiltrate the black panthers as they attempt to intimidate voters at polling places.
he looks a bit like stan the man lee, too.
Who's the head of Disney these days? Oh, yeah I googled it and came up with this story:
In an interview, Disney CEO Bob Iger notes that more Marvel games will be published for the "high end" systems while Disney branded games seem to sell better on the Wii and DS.
So expect to see Captain America deployed in a video game to kill racists, terrorists and tea party types soon.
