Certainly: all Muslims are.
When I was in college, I was a psychology major. Then I began to understand how absolutely stupid and relativistic psychology is. But I studied symptomology—not dianosis.
I’m not qualified to pronounce him mentally ill, but some of the symptoms I studied certainly line up in him.

I think you meant to say “Arabs are also Semites.” One’s religion doesn’t make one a member of an ethnic group.
