Hope your wife is doing better.
Dr. Daniel Amen specializes in how to heal the brain. He has several books , easy web search for other resources. -May be worth investigating.

Lookit, I'm to the point where if I absolutely have to
run, it's either because someone is shooting at me, or I got out of my car and left it in gear. LOL We hit the treadmill 20-30 minutes at the gym, and we have an elliptical in the den here at the Lodge. Any cardio is good cardio.

Agreed. From your email I though you were saying you RAN...meaning run, jog. The treamdill is great. We do ours all the time. Just did 4 miles earlier. It IS good cardio. Keep up the good work!!!
