As if Obamacare wasn’t unconstitutional enough on its basic merits, creating different categories of exclusion for groups based on their religion should be its death knell (in a sane world). Challenges can’t get before the Supreme Court soon enough.

I wonder if those that are allowed to opt out will be denied medical care should they need it.

Interesting that this is one of the first time we have actually seen congress pass a “law respecting establishment of religion” and it would probably be ruled ok by the Courts but a nativity scene in a grade school lobby wouldn’t.

allowing any group special priveledge based on race religion or creed is against the constitution .

but then the US Constitution is no longer relevent it is merly a historical document

The new regime is now making and interpreting law from scratch

Scientology seems the easiest to fake...lol. It is whatever I think it is. L. Ron Hubbard.

The premise is unconstitutional on it’s face and there is no wiggle room.

...MUSLIMS GET TO OPT OUT OF OBAMACARE...

Christians too. The bill allows members of “Health Care Sharing Ministries” to be exempt. There a several Christian health care sharing ministries.

But don't let that stop people from panicking and having knee jerk reactions.
